Hai a disposizione ben 2.000 mq di terra dove poter fare bagno al lago. Sei indipendente da tutto e tutti, parcheggi la macchina all'interno e puoi muoverti liberamente in bicicletta, alla sera puoi cucinare quello che vuoi sulla griglia, puoi farlo da solo o in compagnia, e quando vuoi puoi salire sulle vette vicine grazie al sentiero di San Bernardino. Be enchanted by the natural beauty that surrounds this historic home. You can sleep under the stars on this wonderful one hectare lot with woodland, The land of the white magicians. You will have a Tepee tent with a double air mattress and two single inflatable mattresses (if required), inside a comfortable wood-burning stove. Inside the land you will find a Casaletto equipped for cooking. Chemical bathroom and solar shower both outdoors.
