You are incredible hosts and am so glad to have found you !Your attention to detail and your kindness surpassed everything else. We found family in Rome ! From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Thank you for everything, Mauro and Vladimira, and not forgetting, Mandy the cat!

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

The location, views and town of Norma is beautiful. The accommodation was spotless on arrival with a warm welcome. It’s a shame there are some works on the road out front and no views from The apartment it’s self, but in time they will be gone, the new laid road will be beautiful and views aren’t too far of a walk away. Staff at the bar below were lovely and friendly. They recommended a lovely restaurant round the corner.

I absolutely loved staying at Piermario’s Villa. He’s a gentleman and made my experience even more wonderful. Attentive, kind and responsive. The apartment is homely and beautiful, highly recommended 5* and beyond. Thank you

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Ascenza war sehr nett! Wir haben uns bei ihr wirklich wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Wir hatten auf jeden Fall immer das Gefühl sie alles fragen zu dürfen☺️ Es ist hellhörig, aber das stört beim Schlafen nicht wirklich, da die Nachbarn nicht allzu laut waren. Generell ist das Viertel voll mit guten Restaurants und vielen Bars für Abends. Es war für uns eine sehr schöne Woche in Rom und da hat die Unterkunft und Lage gut mitgeholfen☺️

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

The hosts are very welcoming, and gave good tips on local restaurants. The apartment is on a quiet street, beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there!

It was so nice the place and all the amenities

Lorenzo and Sara быстро отвечали на сообщения и во всем нам помогали. Само жилье расположено вдали от Римской суеты, подходит для семейного отдыха и путешествий по округе. Территория облагорожена, есть развлечение для детей, футбол, мангал, беседка. Комнаты были в полуподвальном помещении с отдельным входом и окнами. Нас все устроило, были хорошие комнаты, устроено по-домашнему. спасибо за гостеприимство!

Прекрасная квартира с изумительной террасой!Мария была на связи мгновенно,ее помощница прислала очень четкие инструкции с видеообзором для легкого заселения.Нам все понравилось,рекомендую!

Lo chalet è stupendo, con ampi spazi e ben accessoriato, 8-10 posti letto e 2 bagni, il giardino grande, con barbecue, divani e dondolo, tavoli e sedie in abbondanza, ben descritto e fotografato. ci si sente a casa. Matteo è molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto prontamente a tutte le domande e richieste, flessibile con le chiavi. Marsia è un luogo speciale, fuori dal mondo, immerso nella natura, la faggeta più grande d'Europa, tanti sentieri da percorrere a piedi o in bici, boschi e prati, valli e monti, possibilità di vedere animali (mucche e cavalli, ma anche volpi e caprioli), perfetta per trascorrere qualche giorno o settimana, nel totale relax o sportivamente, in ogni caso rigenerante. Sicuramente torniamo!

Ottimo soggiorno, location immersa nel verde e ben curata. Andrea è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per consigli e check-in. Consigliato!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour, logement à 10mn du métro, très bien équipé, extrêmement propre et déco moderne. Le grand plus est l'espace extérieur qui permet une pose au soleil après la visite de la ville. un excellent accueil, des conseils et une réponse très rapide à chaque demande. je recommande !

Siamo stati alla Casetta con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata per festeggiarlo al meglio. La casetta in legno è comoda sotto ogni aspetto, dispone di ogni servizio possibile. Il magnifico giardino con barbecue e forno a legna, la stupenda piscina a sfioro, punta di diamante della struttura, comodissima e sempre assolata e da cui si vede il Circeo ed il mare...e l'assoluta privacy e serenità che si vive. Alessandra ci ha accolto lasciandoci dei buonissimi dolcetti locali, ed è stata molto disponibile e reattiva per ogni nostra domanda durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo passato dei giorni nel più totale relax.. tanto da non spostarci mai nei dintorni da quelli piccoli angoli di paradiso. Torneremo volentieri appena possibile!

Authentique et chaleureux L'accueil a été exceptionnel, toujours disponibles, serviables et remplis de bienveillance. Ce lieu est un véritable paradis niché en pleine nature, loin du bruit et de la pollution. Un cadre paisible et superbe où l'on se sent immédiatement bien. Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. Mettez vos smartphones de côté, profitez du temps et du moment présent, qui rappellent une époque magnifique et précieuse, une époque qui n’existe plus aujourd’hui. sehr schön und ruhig mit tollem Aussenbereich, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Paolo ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. In 15 Minuten erreicht man die Metro, wo man eifach alle Orte erreichen kann.
