Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Miami River

Small but in a great location. A few steps from the metro mover and a block away from bay front park. Very well equipped but the oven is not the easiest to use. The rental uses an app for access that can be a little unreliable. I'd need to remove my magsafe phone case for the app to work properly.

The Maria was wonderful! I was visiting from NY for F1 weekend and I’m glad I picked this place. Maria accommodated me with my check in and check out times to work around my schedule and that truly made my trip and overall stay a lot better. The place was beautiful and very clean. A beautiful apartment in a fantastic area of Miami. We stayed here for 8 days and had a ball. Very quick check in at the front desk (just showed the passport); 6 lifts and we barely waited for a lift in the 8 days we were there. A lovely apartment, so clean, stunning views of the water. The sofa bed was very comfortable - came with a foldaway mattress which was ideal. The kitchen had the full range of utensils, microwave, large fridge etc. Bathroom was very clean and had shampoo, soap etc. We used the laundry facilities in the apartment - washer and dryer - so you could probably bring less clothes than planned for your holiday! It's a great spot for dozens of bars and restaurants, walking to Brickell Island, and Ubers are cheap and plentiful to take you further afield - $10 to Bayside, $15 to $20 to south beach. I would absolutely recommend Cinthia's apartment to anyone looking for a lovely home-from-home in a great area. Cinthia was very responsive and a great host.

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

Ian is a super host. No matter what questions I had he was always attentive and responsive. He always was super friendly and helpful with anything. Cannot wait until I come back again.

There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. The only sad moment was leaving. Our family will never forget this home, and we WILL BE BACK! Thank you Luis and Leo for sharing your place with the world. 5 star! CHEFS KISS! Book IT!!!

Great place. Great hosts. Recommend. Only thing to be aware of is they charge you a fee when you arrive paid directly to the host of $35-$60 that they don’t tell you until after you book for a “welcome kit” of two small water bottles, etc that you can’t refuse. So factor that into your pricing.

I will definitely be back! This was the smoothest air bnb process i’ve ever experienced. The host was extremely responsive even though I checked in pretty late which was super appreciated. P.S. The views are incredible! I can’t wait to return for longer next time.

Place was clean and walkable to many restaurants/stores in downtown Miami. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

I loved my stay at the sls. The rooms are always so spacious and modern. I finally made it to the pool that had full bar service. This is an amazing price for the location and amenities. Can’t wait to come back!
