The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

La cucina fornita di lavastoviglie, frigorifero, microonde, macchina del caffè e piano a induzione è completa di tutte le stoviglie e generi di prima necessità. Ampia sala con due divani e tavolo , tre ampie camere e grande terrazza arredata per mangiare all'aperto. Bagno con doccia. Parcheggio privato.

Well connected to the historic center of Varese: bus stop at 200mt. We have two dogs and a wolf: if you are afraid, please note that they run free around so it's impossible not to meet them.

La casa è totalmente a disposizione degli ospiti e offre tanti spazi comuni come il giardino, l'androne, i ballatoi del primo piano ( non abitato) L'appartamento è ideale per una famiglia numerosa o per due famiglie, avendo due zone letto completamente separate, ciascuna con bagno, grande camera e disimpegno, prospicienti la zona giorno con cucina .
