We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

On Golden Pond

Vacation in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! On Golden Pond is a picturesque 6 acre lake. Swim, fish, hike on the private trails on this 42 acre piece of paradise. Only 14 miles North of the Mackinac Bridge. Minutes from Ferry Service to Historic Mackinac Island, Saint Ignace, Hessel, Cedarville, Sault Saint Marie, Drummond Island. Literally in the center of the Eastern Upper Peninsula! Only 1 mile off I-75! Complete with a 2 car garage, game room, bonfire pits, and 42 acres to roam.

We are one block from Sheplers Ferry Line to Mackinac Island. We do sit on the main street, so you will get some noise. There is a view of the bay and it’s a great spot to watch summer fireworks. We are within walking distance of our downtown stores, Restaurants, and Ice Cream. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.

One bedroom, one bath cabin in a residential neighborhood. 100 ft. from snowmobile/ATV trail. Room for a 4 place trailer. Full kitchen with cookware and linens/towels provided. Full size bed and full size futon. School playground is across the street. Smart TV w/Fire stick. One dog allowed, with $35 pet fee. Pet cannot be left unattended and must leave with you; not allowed on any furniture. Owner lives on-site. No drug use, no crypto mining or charging electric vehicles.

Eden is a charming two bedroom brick home located in Twin Lake, Michigan. It is ideally situated for the lovers of the outdoors or the seekers of adventure and entertainment. All lakes in Twin Lake are residential but public access is available close by. See my guidebook for lakes access (this is not water front). For anglers, boaters, and beach lovers, hunters, color tourists, trail runners, seekers of and adventure, culture, arts and entertainment, this place is a gem.
