Scott and Katrina were great hosts. Very responsive to questions before and after booking. Home was very nice and perfect for our stay. If we return to the area we will definitely stay here.

Great location, and everything about the house was as advertised! The space was clean, and Emily was easy to communicate with! We loved being a stone's throw away from all of Frankfort's shops and beach / lighthouse! Would absolutely love to stay here again!

OMG - I stay at a lot of lodging throughout the years. If I had anything to gripe about I would definitely write it down here. Nathan went way out of his way to accommodate us, way more than anyone ever has in this business. And not just moving the schedule around for us and working with us in every way possible, but also LISTENING to what we were saying, and then later, DAYS later, getting back to us to see if he could help us find another place if we needed to stay longer (this place was already booked beyond our scheduled stay.). That and on top of well-wishing us with out project while we were in town. Incredible. Kudo's to you Nathan. I hope you have a huge success with this property for many years to come.

Lovely stay in a lovely neighborhood. Easy to access and close to many things to do. We were in town for a wedding and Lindsey had great recommendations. Nice back patio and was able to hang out there in the sunshine. Thank you for a great stay!

Great spot in the woods even if only for a quick stay.

Solid spot in a great location! The room was very nice and clean, with the decor being up to date and modern. The hallways have several Ring cameras too which is a safety bonus. I love the location — several good restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are in the basement so you don’t really have a view but that didn’t bother us at all since most of our time was spent exploring! Would stay here again!

My husband and I visited Lake Ann, Traverse City and Leland over the weekend along with our daughter and son-in-law. The place was ideal for us. It was as described and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sofa is a pullout, but it had an auto inflate air mattress rather than the old uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great location, quiet neighbourhood

Everything was exactly a advertised. Very quiet, private place. Just outside of town. Easy quick access to everything. Definitely would stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again. We loved being able to walk downtown and to the water. The condo was clean and quiet, and it had everything we needed. Great spot!

It was a great meeting place for 3 friends who came from different parts of Ontario, Canada. We could relax and come and go to fit our adventures of Traverse City. The history of the commons and its unique surroundings were just what I was looking for. The kitchen well stocked with cooking items and a selection of spices! Two bathrooms were a huge bonus and so clean. Loved the morning sun and full windows to make it so bright and cheerful. We didn't use the parking garage, as parking was right outside our condo, and always room for parking. There is a little bakery just steps from the patio. The underground shops were a hit, and we had breakfast in the little cafe. Wine tasting, coffee houses, restaurants, all within steps of the condo. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED. Meyers was just a couple minutes away, as well as shopping. Favorite: the condo allowed us time to relax together, cook, pack picnic lunches and so much cheaper than 2 hotel rooms @ 3 nights. Got so much more here!! Thanks Katy.

I love the room, and the fireplace came in handy the first night as the power went out. (The entire town) Beautiful scenery and quiet area. It was not very diverse in the area, and that was strange, but not the host fault.

We had the best stay! Condo was adorable and clean. Perfect walking distance to downtown. Couldn’t recommend more!

First off, Carrie was a wonderful host. The communication between us was excellent, her responses were very quick and super concise. The Airbnb itself was very well taken care of and clean. Without a doubt will be our go to, if we visit traverse city again!
