Beachfront holiday rental in Microregion of Caraguatatuba

We have hosted several times in this house and it is always a very good experience! For those who want to stay near the village and close to the good market, a quiet beach, is an excellent option. We went to a couple and a pet, who loves that garden (and the view is beautiful). Thanks and we'll be back soon!

The house is exactly as advertised, the second time I've stayed in the same house. Always very well arranged, clean! Super safe gated community! Foot in the sand! Excellent location! Jade always responds quickly and attentively.

Amazing experience! Marcos is an excellent host, very concerned and friendly at all times. The house is located in a very quiet sector 5 minutes walk from Playa Grande, we did not need to move by car. The rooms are very comfortable. The morning coffee with the view from the hammocks…. Not to be missed.

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccable cleaning with furniture and well-maintained utensils, has a very beautiful lawn and excellent care for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and requests, and André (owner) gives up a lot of attention and speed in answering questions, and is always worried that everything will go in the best way. The only observation is a bar next to it and order a little until 2, 3 o'clock in the morning, at the most it's all very nice.

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will return more often, for sure! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

Wow! What a stunning paradise. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the excellent craftsmanship of the home, this place is perfect. Whoever designed and built this home really knew what they were doing. You really do have a near private beach just steps from the front porch. Our favorite part was just sitting on the front porch enjoying the sounds of nature with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Late May/early June is a great time to visit. We didn’t need to use the A/C once during our visit. Everything is well thought out, from the beach chairs, towels and sand castle toys to every piece of stemware and kitchen utensil you might need in the kitchen. Also, the town of Paraty is just a 15min drive away with lots of shopping/dining options. And the host, Angela, in the 15 years my family has been renting vacation properties, is the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was extremely responsive and arranged so many details and all our activities. Excellent!!

Henrique's accommodation is spectacular, identical to the advertised, I dare say it even better. it's been 10 years since I've been staying in the nearby houses and it's certainly one of the best I've ever stayed. Henrique is a great host always willing to help and resolve any issue that may occur. We spent great days and we intend to go back !

Our accommodation was excellent, my family and I were extremely satisfied. The accommodations are great, spacious, airy, everything was clean and organized. The house has all the utensils and equipment. The outdoor area is wonderful, with views of the sea and the mountain. Really amazing.... we'll be back soon!

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

Wonderful place, even better than in the photos. One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in in Tabatinga. Friendly hostess and always willing to help with any questions. I highly recommend it for a couple looking for a different beach experience.

We had a nice stay, especially the view from the terrace is unbeatable! We were able to watch the parrots and toucans at breakfast and enjoy the sunset in the evening. Since we were there in the low season (June), we also had the pool to ourselves, which we enjoyed very much. The kitchen equipment could be better to be able to cook for yourself, but for two days it was sufficient. We would come back!

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful place. The location is excellent—right on the beach with direct access to the water, and surrounded by a quiet, green area. It felt very private and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The loft was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a cozy patio where we spent a lot of time just hanging out and enjoying the view. It’s an ideal spot for a couple looking to relax and recharge. Thiago and Paula were fantastic hosts. Communication was excellent—they were always quick to respond, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a great stay. This trip was very special for us, and staying here definitely made it even better. We’d love to come back and would recommend it to any couple looking for a quiet and comfortable place by the beach.

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

The accommodation is really a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you are looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the right place! The birds on the balcony are a spectacle of colors, the wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The trail! Everything! It's really worth it. Thank you Luiza and Pierre for the great communication.
