Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Lucila's house is great. I spent my birthday with a group of 10 friends. 3 excellent double rooms and another room for 4 people that accommodated everyone perfectly. Meire, who was recommended by Lucila to take care of the house and kitchen, is also great. I recommend it to everyone and I will be back for sure.

The days we spent in Juqueí were great. Luci always very helpful and attentive. The place is exactly as the pictures suggest. Super equipped and organized. Perfect location, with all the comforts of sun umbrella and beach chairs always mountaineering by the condo staff who are fantastic people. Close to great restaurants. Anyway, when we get back to Juqueí we already know where to host.

The only point of attention is that the condominium is quite strict for the entry of visitors and family members, so it is necessary to notify in advance any movement that will have in your house, otherwise the person will not be able to enter.

Guilherme was attentive to our lodging, the house was exactly as advertised, clean and organized and with the necessary utensils. The space has accommodated our family well, the rooms have a comfortable size and the social area is also comfortable. The condominium has a complete leisure area, with swimming pools, court, game room and small children's area. Highlight for condominium employees who are very attentive, especially in the beach service which, incidentally, is located in one of the best spots on the beach, with a wide strip of sand and excellent for bathing. I recommend it.
