Positioned in the slope of the hill, with total sight for the sea, in the middle of the forest, the house is enclosed of nature. Birds, trees, squirrels (caxinguelês), are the neighbors. In full Bag of the Chapel, in a cul-de-sac, the access is for staircase or with a private funicular (inclined plan). Going to the north, it`s about 5 minutes on foot to the Town (approx. 500 m), with his historical center, restaurants, bars, shops, events, exhibitions, bookstore and services. In front, the Pindá Iate Club and the Sea Club. To the south, to few meters, restaurants (Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, caiçara) and pizzerias. Marinas and school of Yachting BL3, with Kitesurf, Windsurf and Candle, bars and esplanades in the beach. Marvelous sight for the sea and for the forest. Facing the beach of the “Saco da Capela”, the house is very cozy and it accommodates quite 10 persons. It has an extern area and spacious bedcover, which is communicated by the room and the American kitchen. Extra extern row of seats with 2 cubes and area for the portable barbecue. Room with sofas, armchairs, tables, cupboard with crockery and TV (SKY). Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, liquidizer, toaster, processor, pans and equipment. The house has 3 complete suites with double bed and one more room with two single beds and complete social bathroom. There is still the possibility of extra beds. Garden, lawn, deck of wood and swimming pool. The house have 2.000 liters of water in the boxes of daily use, more box of 1.000 liters for reuse of the pluvial waters for irrigation of the garden and swimming pool and box still awaits with 1.000 liters of extra water for eventual lacks.
