We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small). the place is very close to the beach and easy to access. quiet beach and the view is beautiful ( get ready for stairs, but, it's worth it).

Excellent accommodation!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, and has a well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, and an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

We stay 5 days in May/25 at William's house in Paraty, it is a very special place, a place with a privileged view of the beautiful Marina and the entire historic center of Paraty, the condominium is very quiet, wooded, with kind staff. The apartment is very beautiful, clean, high standard of finishing, good taste of decoration - gives the impression that the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. William is an excellent host, with tips on restaurants and tours in Paraty, shown to be attentive and helpful in our demands, I will recommend to many friends their stay there.
