Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Midden-Drenthe

The bungalow is located in a beautiful bungalow park. Zwiggelte is somewhat secluded and thus offers the ideal place for rest and relaxation. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very comfortable – almost like at home. Although there are direct neighbors, the hedge planting ensures sufficient privacy. The swimming pool was unfortunately closed as it is currently being converted, but I am sure it will be a real highlight in the summer. Maybe next time we'll have the opportunity to try it out.

What a beautiful colorful house; that makes you feel very nice and welcome when you enter. Quiet place in beautiful bungalow park. Lots of privacy in the garden. Easy to locate after good instruction and key box with code works fine! A nice place to stay during our bike ride. Everything you need was available. This holiday home is very stylishly furnished. The house is very complete, everything has been thought of. The chairs and sofa are very nice and the shower is also nice. You can sit outside in a screened garden. There is a lot to play for children.

We were there for a week and thought it was great! We were there with dog and baby. Quiet location and many opportunities to walk the dog. On the grounds itself, there is a basketball/football court, a swing, a trampoline and more. Great for the whole family! In addition, Groningen can be reached quickly and we also reached the Venice of the Netherlands (Giethoorn) in about 50 minutes. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Everything is great and we would like to come back.

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful cottage. The kitchen was well-equipped, everything was very clean, there were good quality bed linen, comfortable beds, really nice garden and a free parking space. The whole site was very peaceful and there was even a playground and a small playing field for basketball and football. The check-in was very easy and convenient, we arrived late, but still could find our keys easily. The only thing to take in mind is that there are no towels included, toilet paper and hand soap, so you either have to bring your own or rent (towels ) at the reception.

The Blue House is really something very special. Mieke and Arnold have decorated it very nicely and it is perfectly equipped! I immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much! If I ever come back to Giethoorn, I will definitely want to stay here again 🥰

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. Thank you very much Jolanda for your hospitality, it was very nice to be in the cabin, everything was enough, everything was provided, the only thing is that there is no air conditioning and it was very hot at check-in, but since we planned to walk during the day and get home in the evening, it did not frighten us, since in the morning and evening we felt great. The hostess gave great recommendations for nearby interesting places, which we took advantage of, thank you for this separately! We also visited the village of Giethoorn, it is amazing and not far at all. Overall, the vacation was wonderful, we recommend it.

Thea is a super nice, friendly hostess. The front house, of the monumental farm, where we stayed was spacious, beautifully renovated, authentic with beautiful views of meadows, the sheep and chickens, the front house offered sufficient privacy. The bed and the furniture was fine and also in the garden was spacious garden furniture available. There was plenty of fresh linen. Zuidvelde is rural and offers plenty of opportunities for cycling or hiking. We visited Groningen and Assen, and the prison museum in Veenhuizen. We had a great time at Thea's, and would love to come back when the opportunity arises.

Our stay in this beautiful vacation home was simply great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. In addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the whirlpool was simply fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

We had an excellent stay! We were visiting family and exploring Friesland and this place was the perfect place for us to stay while doing so! Hella is so welcoming and greeted us when we arrived. The location was peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view of a pond in the backyard and there were beautiful trails near the Airbnb. The Airbnb was an excellent home away from home while we traveled and if we were visiting in the area again we would definitely want to stay there again!

A beautiful, modern accommodation that is beautifully furnished and had everything and more to offer than we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The highlight here is the breakfast, which is prepared with so much love. The organization and communication was simply great, so that we immediately felt comfortable with our hostess Jitske. What a nice cottage this is. Plenty of room for 2 people. Deliciously cool in the warmer weather. In this cottage, a lot of effort has been made to make everything fit together nicely. Everything has been thought of, coffee maker, kettle. But also coffee and tea. It's really nice that they think along with the people who come. We enjoyed the cottage and the surroundings and will definitely come back. Jasja🌸

I recently stayed at Angelina’s condominium in Groningen and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in front of a bus stop and situated in a clean and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. There’s a nice dining area and a cozy living room, but what I loved most was the charming loft bedroom. Every morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee with breakfast, a peaceful routine that made my stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room temperature, which felt a bit chilly for someone like me who’s used to tropical weather. However, it was part of the unique experience and didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Groningen.

Jolanda's place was perfect for our 1 month stay. The patio was great for sunny breakfasts. Small town with everything you need. We made some great friends in town. Lively on weekends and quieter during the week. Centrally located to other fun towns. There is about a 10 min walk to the train station. Highly recommend this Airbnb and town.
