Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Midtown Atlanta

The place is perfectly located just as the host described. It was clean and all the instructions were clearly outlined to make the space easy to use. I had to get urgent assistance from the host because the courier left an important package in her locked mailbox and she was extremely accommodating.

I absolutely loved my stay. The location was amazing and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive to my questions!

Dom’s house was really nice. She was always responsive to answer questions and gave a guide for local resources! Would definitely reserve her house again if needed!

Jade’s home was perfect for our mini vacation! The location is spectacular, right in the middle of everything!! It’s clean, beautiful and cozy. The pool was the cherry on top! Don’t pause on this little jewel!!

The Airbnb was exactly what we needed. Comfortable, clean, great location. The quick walk from the beltline made it the perfect place for accessing restaurants, shops, and other activities without being right in the hustle and bustle of it all!

Lovely location right around Freedom Park, super close to one of my favorite spots in town Manuel’s! I frequent Atlanta often, and this Airbnb is PERFECT for a quick girls weekend or two couples! Super eclectic, the entire space in tastefully decorated and my friend and I loved the private courtyard in the back. Amenities were lovely with lots of coffee, sugars and cream on hand, a few spices, and even a Britta in the fridge and ice molds (full!) in the freezer. And the beds were very comfortable too, another added plus! I’m normally a fan of staying primarily in Cabbagetown when I visit, but I am very excited to come stay in this neighborhood and in this Airbnb again in the future.

Our son stayed there to go to his college which is close here. It was a safe place and he enjoyed his college life. There was just one problem that the heater didn’t work, but it was resolved quickly.

My stay at Sara’s was great. Very clean and spacious, the check in process was a breeze and the price point was excellent for the area. Very peaceful and quiet in the area, close to downtown ATL, and walkable. Sara was an excellent and responsive host. Loved staying here.

I had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was super modern, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest. The host was extremely responsive, replying to any questions I had within 5 minutes every time. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of Midtown, so everything was easy to get to. The apartment building itself also felt very safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, quiet and convenient. Publix a short walk, along with restaurants and other points of interest. Parking was accessible. Did not enjoy the amenities of the building but nice to have.

My second stay was as satisfying as my first. Great unit, location and hosts. Definitely recommend!

This is an incredible place to stay. It has a massive private porch that overlooks the intersection of two local streets. It was simply mesmerizing to sit at night and watch the cars and people walking. The house is super clean and updated with a modern feel yet maintaining the historic values of the house. We originally thought we may share the porch with neighbors but nope, it’s all private to this house. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

The place was incredibly clean! The couch is comfortable, the blankets were soft & the pillows were wonderful. The lighting in the bedroom was very nice with all the morning sunlight coming in. Overall, the unit gets great natural light from all of the windows! Parking was easy & always available in the back. The neighborhood is very pretty - with nice homes, landscaping and trees. The location was also really nice - being a short walk to the beltline. It was also a short drive to places like: Evergreen Market & Butcher (great pastries & meatballs), the Georgia Aquarium, & Atlanta Botanic Garden! It was a great stay and I would definitely book again if in the area! ⭐️ One thing to note though was that there does seem to be some college aged students who stay up at night in the neighborhood/talking/playing music on the weekend. It wasn’t too loud though & my boyfriend & I were easily able to fall asleep still, but something to know for anyone who may be noise sensitive!

Wonderful time spent here. Most places are within walking distance, and the stay itself was very pleasant. Would most definitely recommend!

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

Thomas has been really great. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Also very friendly when we got to meet him as well. His place is very comfortable and home-y. Well maintained and clean. Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!
