Condo holiday rentals in Midtown, Nashville

Maria was a great host. She responded to our requests/questions very quickly! Maria was flexible with our check-in time, which was extremely nice!! The condo was very nice and had all things needed (paper products, towels, bathroom essentials, etc.) I would definitely stay at the condo again! Also, my husband forgot his wallet there and Maria went above & beyond to help get it back to us!!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Amazing communicator and exactly what we needed for a work trip. Convenient to get to Nissan Stadium. Close to anywhere you want to go when visiting Nashville

Highly recommend. Very clean, private, and great value for the unit right next to the complex pool. Walkable to many bars and restaurants within Music Row. Walking to the main section of Broadway is do able (we did going out) but also a short/cheap Uber otherwise (we did coming home).

Great stay, and great location! Anthony and Kimberly were helpful and responsive hosts. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed the stay at the 1865! Great condo with great amenities and an excellent setup for a couple traveling to Nashville. Great communication from the owner and a very fun Speakeasy on site that was icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

Awesome modern place away from busy Broadway but still close that you are only 10 minutes from anything you want to do. Shannon was outstanding, very attentive and responsive. Did not have any issues during our stay. There was even coffee in the kitchen. It was great to be able to sit out on the balcony early in the morning with a hot cup of joe! Thank you for a wonderful time, and we'll be looking to rebook next time!

Repeat visitor and will be back again. So convenient and everything is so easy, right down to the free parking that is an extreme rarity in 12 South. We should note that this is one of the cleanest AirBNBs in which we have ever stayed. Add in tons of shopping and food right outside your door and it’s a perfect setting.

I was so excited to stay at Michelle’s place as a huge Swiftie, and even more thrilled to surprise my daughter with a Taylor Swift-themed loft. It completely exceeded all our expectations! Michelle’s communication was excellent & so responsive. She went above & beyond. The loft itself was stunning. It was beautifully decorated with so many fun touches. Every corner had thoughtful & creative Swift-themed decor, yet it somehow never felt overdone. It was so fun to walk through and take it all in. Michelle clearly has a true gift for design and attention to detail. The location was perfect, close to everything we had planned to do. The underground parking came in handy during some stormy weather. The views from the outdoor patio and windows were beautiful, especially at sunset and during thunderstorms. My daughter was absolutely blown away, and even my husband & son, who aren’t official Swifties, were impressed and enjoyed the fun decor throughout the loft.

Perfect spot for CMA Fest! We often walked to and from all the events from Broadway to Nissan Stadium. Perfect place to get some work done in the morning over coffee on the balcony, or in the living space with plenty of natural light, and then right in the action for the evening. We would definitely book again. Had everything we needed.

The place was great! Very clean and within walking distance to downtown. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating.

This was a last minute plan for me, and Pete was so great. Responsive and kind to check in. The place was perfect, quiet and just what we needed after a stressful day.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

Josiah was great and his condo is well furnished and modern. It was also very clean. The instructions and details he provides on the condo is very helpful. He addressed every message quickly and was very accommodating. We had my sister’s birthday with 8 women and was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the extra beds, towels and linens were great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a wonderful place outside of Downtown Nashville!

The Airbnb was perfect. I really have nothing bad to say. There was everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants and walkable to Broadway. Great experience.

This Airbnb is a great location in Nashville! We were able to walk to many places and restaurants. Plus, there’s a grocery store and a liquor store less than a 5 minute walk away. The place was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Since the apartments are old, you can definitely hear the upstairs people walking around, but other than that, this place was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay in Nashville! :)

Our stay at the nashville margaritaville was amazing. The location is great, only 2 blocks away from broadway which equals about a 10 minute walk. Check in was easy and the room was very clean. The bed was a little softer than our liking, but everything else about the location was pristine. There is valet parking or multiple pay lots right beside the hotel. We used the pay lot that’s on the broadway side of the building and realized it probably would have been the same cost to use valet. Overall a great experience and we look forward to staying here again.

Lana was very accommodating and we had a comfortable stay! Would recommend the location as there are a few local walking distance bars/entertainment.

Tara has a lovely home. She thought of everything you might need in the Nest and provides a welcoming list of sights and restaurants around Nashville. The Nest is walkable to a few coffee shops and restaurants too. We loved the amenities in the building and apartment. It was the perfect place to call home for a few days.

Very nice place, conveniently located. Very responsive hosts. Was perfect for four of us attending CMA Fest for four days!

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!

Great condo in great location, downtown but quiet on a Sunday night, while it was still party town on HonkyTonk, which was very walkable! We enjoyed our stay, great large balcony, clean large condo with all amenities. Check-in process is a bit of a pain with the FOBs but hosts provide instructions and are very responsive. Would recommend!

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!
