Son Gram is a rural holiday property with an ETV-98 license located in Campos, about 10km from the beaches in the south of Mallorca. The farm is surrounded by a beautiful native garden with palm trees, olive trees, oaks and bamboo. The property is very quiet and has a spacious solarium with a barbecue and a salt pool that makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your holidays. The house has air conditioning from 10pm to 8am (optional extension available) and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
