Small, cozy vacation home, 60 m² (646 sq ft), about 200 meters (656 ft) from the beach in the lovely Faldsled and Millinge area, a short distance from Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg town. There is a lovely view from the living room and the terrace over a meadow and a small glimpse of the water. The house is bright and lovely, featuring a kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with a double box mattress (160 x 200), a narrow staircase up to a loft with a double mattress, and a small room with 2 beds (80 x 190) for children. Lovely terrace with a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and the silence from the terrace or the wilderness bath. The cozy harbor town of Fåborg is 6 km from the house, with restaurants, culture & art as well as a harbor bath. 300 meters from the house there is a golf course as well as the most beautiful hiking trails, including the Øhavsstien and Carl Nielsen's Camino. There are cool mountain bike trails as well as forest trails and climbs for gravel/racers.

The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Write a message when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Øhavs Stien starting at Falsled Havn. Visit Egeskov Castle, Faaborg old town with museums, Harbour Baths and ferry connection to Lyø, Avernakø, Bjørnø and Ærø. Four kilometers to beaches at Falsled.

You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Enjoy the sea as well as the city in this town-house from 1856, located in the centre of idyllic Faaborg with its cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. The apartment is decorated in a warm, earthy, relaxed style. Bedroom with double bed (140x200), living room with sofa-bed (145x200), kitchen with built-in bench, bathroom (shower).

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
