The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Write a message when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

In total, the apartment is approximately 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Fristed på 96 m2. I haven er der en lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 2-3 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, Falsled Kro og en ret udemærket havnegrill: "Vandkanten". Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb, fiskeri og cykling. Øhavsstien, som er en 220 km. lang vandrerute rundt om hele det sydfynske Øhav starter ved Falsled Havn.

Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.
