Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Millinocket

Abigail’s place is perfect. Cozy, serene, and beautiful. You feel immediately at home when you walk in, the view from the windows is incredible. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered porch, looking out at the water, and watching for wildlife. The rooms were pristine and the pillows were beyond comfy. The addition across the kitchen was the ultimate place to lounge and relax - kid friendly too with day beds. We had a great experience and I can’t recommend this place enough. Our host left a couple of personalized touches which made the trip feel that much more special. Thank you Abigail for a great experience!

We really enjoyed our anniversary cabin! Such a beautiful view from the sun porch area seeing the river. Loved everything about the place and hope to come back for our next anniversary 😁 The hosts were great! They came and helped us with everything to know about the cabin. Gave us a basket of grapes, chocolate covered strawberries and lilac jelly. Loved the size of the place, perfect for us. Highly recommend the cabin and the hosts! 10/10!

Sandy’s property was amazing. The lake is beautiful the house is so well decorated and spacious. She was extremely responsive for any questions and even messaged to check in during our stay. The house was full of amenities, the kayaks were our favorite. Will definitely stay again!

Our first Airbnb had canceled within an hour of arriving to our destination after driving for four hours. Brian‘s house happened to be available and he answered immediately. Filed an exception form for us as it was last minute and worked with Airbnb to get us in. Exactly as described … lovely and charming! Felt very welcomed and quite at home. Took advantage of the few steps to the lake, the wonderful swings in the backyard, the completely well stocked kitchen with anything you could think of, the multitude of games with a very competitive game of Sorry, and the wonderful collection of DVDs available to watch! We were so pleased with this stay! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to family and friends! Looking forward to another visit in the future!

This home was very private and quiet. Any questions I had during my stay were quickly answered. I loved that the pellet stove was on when I arrived and it was easy to use. I went through a few bags of pellets that were provided. The bed was so comfortable. Ashley had cotton and flannel linens on the bed and it was very cozy. I slept so well. The WiFi was excellent. I opted to work for the week at the dining room table, so I could be by the pellet stove (it was in the single digits, with a foot of fresh snow on the ground, when I was there), but there’s a very functional desk in the bedroom too, with a lovely view outside. Speaking of snow, the storm hit on my third night and Ashley checked with me the day before to make sure I had everything I needed and suggested extra water in case the power went out. I didn’t lose power, but I was relaxed, knowing I was prepared. She even left out dog bowls and a towel for my pup! Great stay!

Beautiful location, accommodating host and very responsive and flexible. The place is a hidden gem right next to the lake. It is in a very secluded setting, definitely worth it.

The home was wonderful. It was fully stocked with a great layout. There was plenty of parking, with direct trail access from the door.

We enjoyed exploring Baxter State Park while staying here. The property is clean, cute, has a full kitchen, and everything you could want for a vacation... kayaks, many life vests, a carry cooler, games, puzzles, plenty of area maps, 2 bbq grills, lots of outdoor seating. It’s close to the town of Millinocket which has several grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor gear supplies, etc. The washer and dryer were convenient. Both bedrooms are upstairs. There is a full bathroom on each floor. The living room couch on the main floor can become a single bed. Debbie has created a relaxing space that has everything you could want or need.

It was an amazing beach home, great for families and had everything we needed plus more. Carrie always gave a response quickly and with clear instruction!

House was exactly what we needed for 7 people looking to ride snowmobiles. Accommodations were great and you have a grocery store and restaurant within walking distance.

Great location for getting close to the North Gate of Baxter. Not too far from town (Patten) where we found a great food at Debbie’s and great beers at Katahdin Brew Works. Everyone was super friendly helpful. Thanks for hosting us!

Emery and Cindy were wonderful hosts and very welcoming. I stayed at their place for a work trip during July and my husband and son stayed with me. They were very friendly and it felt more like we were visiting family. When I wasn’t working I got to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the lake. I watched a few sunsets on the dock. Bed was comfy and bathroom was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Effrem was a great host! He responded to any questions promptly and the place was perfect for our group. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a good bit of space and a nice, quiet place to relax in. Everything we needed was there!

The place was very comfortable and for a family of four, cozy and clean, just like the pictures. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We will return if opportunity and availability line up. Highly recommend.

This cabin was great! Amazing location on the water with beautiful views. Convenient spot on the property with easy access to restaurant/brewery/New England Outdoor Center. We had a great weekend XC skiing and enjoying gorgeous views of Katahdin. We even enjoyed a beautiful sunset watching a family of bald eagles on the lake in front of the mountain. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cozy. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

This cabin was very well kept, cleaned and comfortable. There were many accommodations there that were helpful for a week long stay. The owners were great to deal with and check in/check out were very smooth. If you’re looking for a place to stay in northern Maine this is it!

This place was exactly what I wanted it to be. A great place for me and my family to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We would definitely recommend it!

Awesome short stay for us, got to see the Atlas comet and enjoy a gorgeous night under the start! The outdoor kitchen is fantastic, stocked with a ton of pots, pans, utensils and the like. Best outhouse ever! Highly recommend staying here

Beautiful cabin. Great experience.

We had such a great time kayaking and exploring the gorgeous Mountains! The house is in good location to both NEOC and Baxter state park and the host responds in a timely manner! Overall great location in Millinocket.

We had a great few days at Moose Run Camp (we even saw a moose up the road!) The location is right on the main road between Milo and Millinocket which is a perfect location for easy access to facilities such as groceries and laundry whilst also being close to access the back country. The camp has all modern facilities such as television, wifi and hot water with a shower. It was a perfect compromise for us, between camping in the wilderness or staying in a town centre, as we were travelling from Europe and not able to bring all that is needed for a wilderness camp. The camp had soap, toilet paper, bedding and towels we really only needed to bring food and drinking water.

We spent one week in Jamie's place. It's such a quiet, peaceful spot. It was rainy and cold most of the time we were there, so we didn't spend any time on the lake. We did get to watch the aurora from the dock and that was a wonderful surprise. It was a little small for our group of 5, but it is exactly as the pictures show, so I expected that.
