Forest house in a resort area overlooking the lake

Our house is on a hill that has a beautiful view of the mountain lake and the surrounding mountains. Behind the house is a forest with mountain rivers and beautiful air. Not far from the city center and the lake shore with equipped beaches and water attractions. Nearby there are tennis courts, golf courses and bicycle paths around the lake. Mineral water thermal baths are 30 km away. You can take excursions to Venice, Salzburg Innsbruck, etc. There are many attractions in Carinthia - you won't regret visiting us.

Our one-room apartment "Gmiadlich" is very well equipped. The apartment has a bed in the size 1.40 m, cozy for lovers and/or those who want more closeness again. It has a comfortable lounge chair with footrest, so put your feet up & enjoy the sunset over the Goldeck. Access to the balcony overlooking the lake & the mountains delights the heart every morning and every evening when you return home after a successful tour. PETS ONLY CONDITIONALLY. PLEASE ASK!

Relax vacation home

Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. Partly with a view of Lake Millstätter See. The house itself is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level. It was built in the 60s and converted in the 70s and was operated as a bed and breakfast. After it was closed and sold, we are now rebuilding it into holiday apartments.

I was in the wooden house as I want to have one built myself. I was interested in what it feels like to be in such a house. I already had some expectations, as I deal with natural construction and minimalism myself and live in a biological, old stone house. It was a very special experience in the Zinipi house. With the wooden walls, I felt well protected in the house and yet very intimately connected to nature. My next house will be a wooden house. ;-) Thanks for having me in the house

Marcus's place is in a beautiful location which is peaceful, although quite remote it is still within 30 minutes of some fabulous places to enjoy the lake etc. It was clean with fresh linen and towels. Thank you for all your help whilst we stayed with you.
