This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Can't recommend this place enough, it's spacious and in a lovely area. Had everything we needed to accomodate us for our climbing trip. It's certainly a place I'll try to return to in the future if available.

Excellent location, very quiet: it feels like you're in the countryside, but next to the castle! All restaurants and shopping (including the market) are within walking distance. Very good bus network nearby for excursions. Dominique was very accommodating and responsive.

This is a second-floor apartment on the corner of a building above a pizza restaurant. It has windows on two sides, directly opposite the chateau, providing a marvellous view, particularly as the sun set. The apartment is simply and tastefully furnished, and given its location it is very quiet (there was no sound from the restaurant with the double-glazed windows closed). Like many communal French buildings of a similar type, running the gauntlet of the communal stairs and bins on entry is not particularly pleasant. However, as soon as you step inside the place is clean, smart and welcoming. We were due to receive check-in instructions via the AirBnB app but there was a problem with messages getting through., The host immediately helped by emailing instructions direct to me. Very helpful and on-the-ball.

Francoise and Didier are very welcoming and friendly hosts. Their property is well equipped, clean and functional.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is accessible by public transport and shops can be reached on foot. Very friendly welcome by the neighbor Dominique. The apartment is very clean and as described. The kitchen is functional, well-equipped and well-stocked with basic foodstuffs (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, spices, coffee...) The terrace and garden are very pleasant, in the sun in the morning (a large awning can be unfolded to protect from the sun on the terrace if necessary) and in the shade of the building in the afternoon, which was very appreciable for this very hot weekend. Large blinds also keep the apartment cool, we were very comfortable despite the very high temperatures. Recommended in every way!

Great 3-night stay in this very comfortable studio and in all respects in accordance with the description. Shehan was very available! We recommend it and will be back with pleasure!

Damien is an excellent host, with an eye for the essentials. He is very kind and accommodating. We felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is very well equipped with the things you really need. In addition, it is very attractively furnished. 100% recommendation.

Incredible stay. The apartment is updated, beautiful and spacious. The grounds are very peaceful and maintained. The location is right across the street from the chateau, can’t beat it. Charles and Melis were wonderful to interact with and even went the extra mile by kindly offering to help us navigate the local real estate market. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The apartment is ideally located, in the heart of the city, both very nice and functional. Very good communication with Agata who is quite available and attentive. Thank you very much! And then, it's a real pleasure to discover this medieval city full of history with its beautiful buildings, its small alleys, its walks along the Loing... We stayed two days but it seemed too short. In short, we would recommend this place without hesitation!

Great place, very relaxing and nice, it's in front of the Seine if you want to walk, accommodation identical to the photo, very clean and host very responsive to the slightest need. I'll come back with my husband. 👍
