Perfect little house. Everything was spotless. Kitchen and bathroom amenities were great. Wish the weather were nicer so that we could have sat outside. Great location halfway between Keuka and Seneca; easy drive to Penn Yan, Watkins Glen, Geneva, or Hammondsport. We would not hesitate to recommend!

My siblings & I brought our mother out for a weekend to celebrate her birthday - this house/property was perfect! 3 spacious bedrooms with large beds (my sister loved the chair swing!) A perfect place for an all-adult getaway! The creek is awesome and we really enjoyed the hammock! We sat around the fire at night and had a lot of laughs!
