This place was the perfect getaway. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the wineries this is the place. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back if we come down this way again!

We had a great stay in Clay. Dylan was quick to respond to all of my messages and any issues we may have had. Beautiful home. I would definitely stay here again.

Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

Excellent home. It’s a very private location at the end of a quiet 4 home street. Won’t see or hear the neighbors at all. Easy drive to Ithaca, great hiking, local farms, and Watkins Glen. The pool is great, secluded and in all afternoon sun. Great for relaxing. Fire pit has all you need - dry firewood, Fire starters, s’mores kit, and sticks. Corn hole too. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well designed. If you are taller than 6’5, the master bathroom ceiling might be slightly low for you but the bathroom in the main level would be fine. Definitely recommend this gem

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

Wonderful home surrounded by a beautiful area! We felt right at home with plenty of space for all. Pool, hot tub, pickleball, and playground kept us busy when not checking out Watkins Glen. We definitely could’ve stayed longer to explore more! Highly recommend!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Stay was great. Beautiful lake front. We were early in season so did not get to appreciate the water or kayaks due to colder weather. Would stay here again, house was very comfortable.

This home was perfect in every way, from location to the home itself. Bradley was truly one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this home.

Our family of 4 stayed at Hali's house for a night while traveling through the Finger Lakes. The house was lovely: newly remodeled, spacious, and had everything we needed, including dishes, towels, and washer & dryer! We enjoyed the very large TV in the living room, and all three bedrooms were comfortable. We really liked the location, and it was easy to get to all the wonderful offerings of the Finger Lakes. We would certainly stay here again!

Clean house with comfy beds and couch. Perfect location, only a couple mins from all the bars and restaurants. We would def recommend! Benjamin was super helpful and responded to my texts very quickly.

Although we only stayed for a short while, we loved spending time with our infant at the lake house. Very beautiful view, many nearby hiking trails. We also enjoyed the campfire and some of the local restaurants

We very much enjoyed our stay at David’s home. The interior is fully renovated with all amenities as described- a rare find for multi-family space requirements and lake-front access.

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend away at the Funky Penn Yan Cottage. Came into town to celebrate a family wedding and my husband’s birthday. Checked out a lot of the local establishments that Brennan recommended. Also enjoyed the early morning and late evening walks with our pup around the peaceful neighborhood. Ran into a lot of friendly locals on our walks and loved having the lake being steps away.

The stay started with walking into an amazing open living room with large windows that looks out into the water. The feel, the space, and the view is even better than what the pictures try to capture. We had dinner right in town and it was just over 5 minutes away. The kiddos really enjoyed the paddle boards and littke kayaks, we went everyday, sometimes twice. Beautiful place, great getaway. Grateful for this stay, and would come back again!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Perfect location - just a short drive to Geneva, Watkins Glen, Penn Yan and Seneca Falls. Lots of breweries and wineries and great restaurants! The cottage was well furnished and spacious. Large refrigerator and brand new stove. We loved the bed! I am a soft bed fan and most places have hard mattresses. Our grand daughter loved the kayak. We enjoyed cooking dinners on the gas grill and relaxing by the fire after dark. There was almost no other neighbors there for our stay so it was quiet and peaceful most of the time. We DID hear the Naval Research station down the road early in the morning but that didn’t last long. Very nice dock. I enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings with a cup of tea/coffee. Bathroom/shower is tiny and a bit cramped but I understand you have to deal with the architecture of what you have All in all we loved it would stay here again!

What can I say? The Hilltop Chalet was beautiful! It was private, clean and had everything you could dream of. David and Karen had the best tips and we very responsive. So close to Canandaigua and Naples. Will definitely be back!

Had a great stay here on a long weekend. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Loved that there were plenty of extra towels and blankets. Sitting on the dock was very relaxing and we saw an eagle a couple of times. We even used the kayaks to paddle up to a local wine cellars dock. Close to Watkins glen for hiking and plenty of wineries nearby. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Teresa was very attentive when I contacted her for a couple of items. She has taken a unique place and made it into a comfortable place for a home base while exploring the area. It is so convenient being within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the Keuka outlet trail which we utilized for Dog walking.

The Villa and its host, Nicki, were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is set in the middle of a beautiful wine grape vineyard with mountain views -- very memorable. The inside is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities throughout. Nicki was incredibly proactive in her communication and extended our stay to ensure that we were able to maximize our enjoyment. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays we've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Villa and Nicki to anyone, thank you!

Lovely weekend getaway. Cozy stay inside and outside. Visited our favorite wineries. Nice quiet walks. Rained a lot but that didn’t matter with wood burning stove inside. His house offers everything to able to just bring yourself, clothes and food.

I used to live in Hammondsport but now am in TX. I have stayed in many Keuka lake houses over the years and this is my favorite so far. Spacious, beautiful views, relaxing, and wonderful! Thanks for a great stay at my favorite lake!

Wow! What a place to enjoy FL with a big crew. Deborah’s place offers lots of space, plenty of amenities, and a touch of luxury. We travelled with 4 adults and 6 kids, and the whole crew enjoyed our stay! Definitely consider this place. Thanks for hosting!
