Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mimizan

We had an excellent stay at Estelle's accommodation. The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: ocean and great beach, restaurants, bars, bike rental, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. Possibility of parking very close to the accommodation. The accommodation is clean and functional. The enclosed terrace at the back is a real plus when you come with animals and is very pleasant to eat there. The bedding is comfortable, clean. Estelle is a super nice, responsive and helpful host. Really a flawless one.

Marie and Pascale's accommodation is exactly as described. Small additional touches are always welcome. We were spoiled, you can go there without any problems... Everything is perfect.

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. We felt at home with the family from the first moment. Everything is very lovingly decorated and clean. The location directly on the dune and beach is ideal for water sports. The place and everything is within walking distance. We had a great time staying with Caroline & Emmanuel.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

Thanks to Thomas for allowing us to visit Mimizan and the surrounding area. Thanks to his advice, we were able to discover beautiful places. Great value for the price We were able to bring our 2 dogs which is really an advantage. There is a Supermarket not far away if needed. Downtown is 5 min away and beaches are 10 or 15min max. We had a great stay at Elsa and Julien's house! It is fully equipped, very clean and really super nice - Perfect for a family stay. The children loved the many games available (special mention for the turntable and the garden hut)! A big thank you to both of you for your warm welcome and availability!

Fantastic place to spend a few nights at Bassin d‘Arcachon. Many good places to eat are very close by. Sébastien and Sandrine were very friendly. Exceptionally well suited for travelling with a baby (6 months) as baby cot and bathing tub were provided by the hosts.

Peaceful location, super comfy bed and the accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. Ideal for exploring the region with a car and would recommend.

The accommodation, tastefully decorated, is very well equipped and the air conditioning is a real plus, nothing is missing. Quiet environment near a beautiful beach and shops, everything can be done on foot. Jéremy is very responsive and accommodating. Fluid and enjoyable communication. Hello, we had a great stay in this small apartment, which is very clean, well arranged and very quiet. In addition, very complete in kitchen equipment etc... nothing is missing. Very well located apartment, close to the beach, with all amenities within walking distance. Both terraces are very pleasant. The place is functional and quite charming. We spent 4 wonderful days there! Patricia is very clear in her explanations and advised us on good places. We'll be happy to go back. I really recommend it!

We stayed in Tom’s apartment for a week in June. Tom’s so kind and friendly, he met us at the airport late at night and drove us to the apartment. He gave us lots of advice about the area. The apartment is in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes in the centre of Biarritz There are some good shops and restaurants 2 minutes walk away. There is an excellent bus service 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is on the second floor, with lovely views from the balcony where we ate breakfast every morning. It was spotlessly clean with great shower and comfortable bed. The small kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). The parking space and bicycles are very nice. Our host was very responsive and we were greeted by his parents who were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect place to stay for an easy weekend with the family. Everything can be done on foot, the children loved the access to the beach near the apartment. The environment is quiet and peaceful, the apartment is functional and Myriam is very responsive. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

We just had a pleasant stay at Christine's. The apartment met our expectations. It is very functional and very well placed. We were hosted very well by Antoine. We found the reception of the merchants very friendly.
