Ohlenhaus Steinhude – central and all for you!

An entire house, centrally located and nicely furnished - with balcony, terrace and small garden - just for you! You'll love this! In the times when we unfortunately can't be there ourselves, we rent out our fully furnished cottage. The house is located in a side street in the center of the village - super quiet and yet very central! Everything is within walking distance: to the harbor with the promenade it is only 5 minutes, to the bathing island about 8 minutes, supermarket 5 minutes.

Holiday by the sea - The modern tiny house is located on the Steinhuder Meer, not far from the bathing island (about 3 minutes on foot) and directly on the circular hiking trail. It has a beautifully landscaped garden that invites you to relax, play, barbecue and much more on over 300 square meters. A parking space for a car (up to max. SUV size) is also available. The promenade is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. There are numerous bars and restaurants on the sea.

Unser Ferienhaus bietet dir auf 70qm und mit 3 Zimmern viel Platz. Es ist nur 500 Meter zu Fuss von der Badeinsel entfernt und hat einen schönen Garten mit großer Markise. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Sonne scheint im Sommer den ganzen Nachmittag im Garten und somit ist es im Wohnbereich schön hell und die Schlafzimmer sind schattig. Direkt am Garteneingang gibt es einen schmalen ca. 1,80 Meter breiten Parkplatz. Fahrräder können im Schuppen abgestellt werden.

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor above the restaurant "Dümmer Perle" directly on Lake Dümmer See (50 m distance to the water). Enjoy the fantastically beautiful lake view (see photos). In the apartment, up to 4 people can find a place to sleep. The space was completely newly renovated in 2022 and modernly furnished. In the immediate vicinity (max. 400 m) are restaurants, shopping, an ice cream parlor, surf school & boat rental, a beach bar and an indoor swimming pool.

The apartment (75sqm) is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house and has two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony with direct views of the sea and the beautiful garden. The bedrooms have a bed of 1.60 x 2 m and 1.40 x 2 m each. The living room is comfortably furnished. Washer and dryer are available, the kitchen is well equipped.

The recently newly renovated 1.5 room apartment sleeps 4 people. In the house is a sauna for free use. A coin-operated washing machine is also available. The swimming pool is currently closed. The bathing island is a 5-minute walk away and the center is also reached within 10 minutes. A pharmacy, two shopping markets, a drugstore and various restaurants are also within walking distance. One stop is right outside the front door.

Cozy cottage about 250m from the shore of Lake Dümmer. The ideal occupancy is 8 people (or less) as there are 4 "normal" 140 double beds. For large groups, there are two sofa beds in the upper living room as well as a loft bed in the basement, so the maximum number of overnight guests is 15 people. It should be noted that the kitchen and living space are then tight and there are "only" 3 bathrooms.
