Great stay at La Mauricette! The cottage is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfectly located to discover the Dinan region. I was there with my dog Tao, who found a great friend in Raïko, Sophie and Laurent's dog. Warm welcome, ideal setting... Only downside: a Senseo is not an espresso machine😉. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Nous avons eu un printemps parfait dans cette maison. We spent ten weeks in this house and were very satisfied. We were two adults and a dog who loved the big yard. There were four adults a week long, and we could fit well even then. The house is well-equipped, the kitchen has everything you need. The mattress in the second bedroom was too soft for the weak back, but fortunately there were many beds. The village is small but has good services (boulangeri, butchery, lunch restaurant, tabac) and is located close to the beaches. There are also many good hiking trails in the surroundings. Only public transportation (buses) is missing, otherwise the village is perfect. Stéphan is a very good host. She was always quick to respond to messages and we got lots of great tips on where to go or what to do. We'll definitely go here again.

Very cozy house, well laid out and equipped. A beautiful walled garden ideal for the dog. The intra muros bus is a 1-minute walk away. We had a pleasant stay.

The geographical location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and the large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She quickly told us about the surroundings, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her welcome and all her little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautifully presented home from home. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Quiet location, great for walking our dog Hendrix, but also close enough to St Malo. Laetitia was always great at replying to our messages, and was happy to recommend places to eat or to walk Hendrix.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Wonderful house conducive to good times with friends/family. Lots of equipment available, especially for children and older children. Dom is a great host, go for it.

Very good time spent in your small studio. Thank you and I recommend this accommodation which is located near very beautiful cities to visit and very beautiful walks to do by the sea. Saint-Malo and its ramparts, Cancale for oyster lovers, Dinan medieval town and for those who like long walks by the sea you can go for a walk on the tip of Saint-Jacut de la mer which has an extraordinary panoramic view and many other towns to discover...

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Beautiful renovated stone house in pleasant surroundings. Photos correspond exactly to reality. Complete kitchen equipment. Centrally located to explore the area. Tiphaine was always helpful and immediately available. We can recommend the house and would be happy to come back.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Wherever you look, everything is elegant and refined. In this small, welcoming and warm house, the comfort of the occupants has not been forgotten. There is no doubt that we will stay there again if our "crossroads" lead us once again to this enchanting region.

Beautiful quiet villa with beautiful sea views. The large terrace is lovely. The rooms are comfortable, all equipped with a bathroom and dressing room. Shops and the port of Erquy are within walking distance. Thanks to Melanie for her hospitality and flexibility.

Great stay in a nice, well-located and quiet accommodation. Extremely clean with everything at your disposal, Armelle is a caring host. Relaxing at the SPA is a real plus after the days of sightseeing. I highly recommend it.
