The house is 4km from Formia and Gaeta, 20km from Sperlonga and 3km from Itri. The station is 2 km away, and you can easily visit Rome or Naples.

Lo spazio interno si estende verso l’esterno grazie a un giardino, dotato di salotto e una fontana dal design unico. I pavimenti in ceramica Mutina Mater color bianco enfatizzano la luce naturale nella zona giorno con eleganza materica.
