Very nice experience, Luisa was super attentive with everything we needed and I highly recommend the place for those looking to escape to tranquility and near good waves.

Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The bedding and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

Excellent accommodation. We were as a family, fully equipped, we felt right at home, we didn't miss anything!!. Peace of mind in the area, close to the beach. Highly recommended! Pablo a genius!! We loved everything! The house is divine! Everything is tasteful and clean. Very comfortable, well furnished, bright, good ventilation. Safe (it has an alarm). The neighborhood where it is is super quiet, zero noise. It has a huge and beautiful garden. The shower outside is very practical for getting rid of the sand. The beautiful gallery, you can see the sea and dreamy sunsets. It's 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, super family-friendly and pet-friendly. We went with our little dog and she was well received! It has an ice cream shop and chairs for the beach!! We were received with a 10! A beautiful experience in Chapadmalal.

We spent some beautiful nights from Thursday, April 17 to today, April 20. What can I say about Juan excellent attention at all times. The house is beautiful, beautiful neighborhood, very nice houses and super quiet. The main highlight was the mattresses, well hard and comfortable. We were 6 people and we were all very comfortable in the spaces that the house provides. I know that I can rent to Juan again as we love Mar Del and we go whenever we can during the year as I have more rentals. Thank you Juan. They rent with confidence, they will not regret it. Something important that I leave us white clothes, not all do it. Thank you.

Emiliano and Camila were great hosts, always responsive and very helpful, even organizing a taxi pickup for me when I was dropped off a bus at a random stop late at night. The house has a fireplace, which I enjoyed a lot, and a private patio. In a walking distance are grocery stores, laundries and some nice restaurants, directions to all of which Emiliano has sent to me once I've checked in. The town is great for surfing and taking long walks, definitely recommend as a peaceful getaway.

The accommodation is beautiful, it has a dreamy view and everything you need to spend a few days with family surrounded by nature. Both Daniel and Noemí were incredibly friendly from the day I wrote to them, until we left the house on the last day. We were able to enjoy a new year in the peace of Sierra de los Padres feeling at home.

The house is very comfortable. It has three air conditioning and heating units, central heating by radiators. It is suitable for cold and hot weather. It's very glazed and you can see the forest. The setting is second to none. Super quiet. Very comfortable. Some limitations in the kitchen utensils that they promised to resolve. But we definitely recommend it and will surely be back.

Spectacular apartment near the sea. 🩵 Everything is very clean, modern and cozy! Every detail is designed for maximum comfort, it even has a hair dryer in the bathroom, which is very useful when the temperature in the city is low. Also, to her husband for receiving me on the first day! The apartment is very well connected, 10 minutes walk from Plaza Colón and the casino. In two/three islands you have everything you need to live: bakery / supermarket / greengrocers / butchers / gym / laundries. Inside, there's everything you need to enjoy your stay and not miss anything, no complaints! I recommend you choose this accommodation and enjoy Mar del Plata and its atmosphere! Very nice apartment, comfortable. As seen in the photos, a beautiful view that does not appear in the photos presented by Emanuel, but that adds a lot. For me, 10/10 would definitely come back.
