Vicky and Tarcisio wanted to create the B&B - Vi.Ta. for their strong sense of hospitality and for the desire to make the beauty of the island known to curious and traveling tourists. Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Charming apartment in Naples city, in the Petraio area (ancient stairs), located in a quiet place on the top floor, without elevator, with magnificent terrace overlooking the sea on the Gulf of Naples (from the Vesuvius volcano, to the island of Capri, to the hill of Posillipo). Spacious and bright living area with sofas and majolica kitchen, indoor dining tables and outdoor table on the terrace with gulf views. Sleeping area upstairs with panoramic double bedroom, bathroom and study/relaxation area.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The apartment retains all the characteristics of the Procidane dwellings of the past, so you can identify yourself in a historical place on the island. From the balcony you can enjoy the light show that illuminates Procidana Bay. Characteristic instead are the bulkheads that day after day prepare the nets to go out to sea.

Alma Flegrea is a quiet, cozy home located in a central location. A minute's walk and you'll find local shops and Poggio Beach. Schiacchetiello Beach and Marina Grande are also just a 5-minute walk away. Within a few kilometers, the main archaeological sites of the Phlegraean Fields and the Miseno coastline can be reached. Recommended for those who want a beach stay, combined with food and wine and cultural experiences.

You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, intimacy and posizione.I our apartments with sea view, located directly on the sand, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!
