Holiday rentals with a patio in Mislata

This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. The location is fantastic, surrounded by points of interest, great restaurants, shops, and parks—and it looks even better than in the photos! Thank you so much Beatriz and Dani!

The apartment was great, equipped with everything we needed for a 1 week stay and in a nice neighbourhood. Isabel was a lovely host, quick to answer everything that we needed.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

The stay at Ignacio's apartment was excellent. The advice he gave us was very valuable and helped us a lot during our visit. Communication was prompt and clear at all times. In addition, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos and we felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, very close to the center but quiet. We have absolutely nothing to criticize. Ana is a wonderful host with a beautiful apartment. There were a ton of details such as condiments and shower options that aren't typically found in an Airbnb. There are delicious restaurants within walking distance and several shops and a mall. Thank you Ana!

Excellent stay at Juan and Gionata's! The apartment was impeccable when we arrived, very clean and well-equipped. Everything is within walking distance, which is super convenient to fully enjoy the stay. Juan and Gionata were very responsive, available and attentive from start to finish. Pearl in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Rest, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. However, a car is needed for excursions in the area. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps in the sea swimming= magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a beautiful property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

Esther's place was perfect for our family of 5 (boys aged 15, 13 and 10) 15 mins from the oceanografic and science museum and close to a local park and a very new supermarket. Esther was great at responding to any questions we had and always helped in any way she could.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

We had a super nice weekend at Jazmín's house. She was very attentive and kind to us, the house was very surprised by its spaciousness in the common areas and being very well cared for and having all the comforts. We highly recommend this place, it also has a supermarket a few meters away and it is a nice and quiet area!

We had a great stay at Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Patri is a wonderful, very friendly host with a great apartment very close to Malvarosa beach. Location: The apartment is within walking distance of about three minutes from the great beach Malvarosa and its long promenade. It is superbly connected by metro, bus connection and the bike rental system "Valenbisi". There are very good restaurants and shopping in the area. Apartment: The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, with all necessary utensils and some extras. It is really very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Host: Patri is a great host who picked us up at the metro. She is a heartfelt host and comes in her apartment with many extras beyond the expected level of an AirBnB apartment. Patri is very responsive to requests.
