This is The One The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever so Popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. Please do not send request for dates when they are already booked. Especially in the summer. If I have availability the dates will show it is open on my calendar. Pets allowed Sept - May. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This newly remodeled beach cottage is a 1-minute walk to a private neighborhood beach. Beach passes for 12 and a variety of beach gear are included. The cottage sleeps 8-10 with a king bed, kids' loft, two downstairs bedrooms, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy a living room that opens to the sun porch, games, and AppleTV. The backyard offers a hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, dining area, and firepit. Fully stocked kitchen, extra fridge, and washer/dryer provided.

Romantic Seaside Cottage in Mystic

This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

The Ruedemann Suite is situated off of our main house in a quiet neighborhood. We are located 3 miles from Misquamicut Beach & Watch Hill. Historic Downtown Westerly with its thriving restaurant, arts & music scene is 1.5 miles from the house. Take a short drive to Stonington or Mystic for shopping or local vineyards. Feeling lucky? Fab newly decorated suite in 1957 home set on a private pond near Watch Hill, RI. Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven. Ensuite bath with new towels,robes,linens,and bedding. Outdoor shower ( in addition to an indoor one!) ,grill,lounging area. Near beaches,music,food, Mystic Ct attractions. Great relaxing venue.

Misquamicut Beach Cozy Condominium. Unit 6

This unit is located within walking distance to Misquamicut Fire department beach (a private beach). Guest have access to 1 sofa bed and 1 Queen-sizes bed, maximum occupancy is 4 people. Private bathroom with shower, and the condo features outdoor showers. We provide parking for ONE car only and a private beach pass. Parking is unavailable before Check-in and after check-out. Extra vehicles without parking pass will be towed at the owner's expense.
