If you want to go even further from the climatic health resort of Immenstadt, explore the beautiful Allgäu by bus or train, both of which are within walking distance.

Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Neuschwanstein Castle 60 km - Especially for adults and children - "Carl-Hirnbein-Weg" starts in the village

Our apartment has been furnished with a lot of love for detail – ideal for families. An indoor pool and sauna invite you to relax after a day in the mountains. From the balcony you can enjoy the view. Hikes, bike tours or cross-country skiing, tobogganing and skiing start directly from the apartment. The bar and game room are also part of the holiday park. Note 11/10–12/05/25: Revision – Swimming pool & sauna closed, partly noise during the day due to renovation. Price greatly reduced during this period.

Es erwartet Sie ein kleines Apartment mit Doppelbett, privatem Bad, Küchenzeile und Terrasse, Parkplatz uns W-Lan in ruhiger Lage und unmittelbarer Nähe zur Natur und zahlreichen Wanderwegen, nicht nur zum Hauchenberg. Bitte bedenken Sie, dass Börlas ein kleines Dorf in landwirtschaftlicher Umgebung mit Hühnern, Kühen, Pferden, Pfau, Katzen und Hunden ist. Außerdem gibt es einen Hund im Haus.

Restaurants, grocery stores, bakery with café and other leisure facilities are very close Parking is free of charge on the premises and in the lower parking lot with a parking card

Diese stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für Outdoorbegeisterte. Nach einer ausgiebigen Wanderung wartet die Sauna zur Entspannung. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer 1 ist mit einer Dynaglobe Luftkernmatratze ausgestattet und kann per Fernbedienung auf ihre Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Es können bis zu sechs Personen in der Wohnung Platz finden. Auf der Galerie befindet sich hierfür eine Matratze (1,40x2m) gür zwei weitere Gäste.

Missen-Wilhams is a perfect starting point for all hikers, cyclists, skiers, cross-country skiers, as you have everything right at your doorstep. After your leisure activities, you can relax in the on-site swimming pool and sauna, have a cozy glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit together in the bar with locals and other holiday guests in a sociable atmosphere. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

[2] Vacation apartment on the organic farm

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. Until March 2024, organic hay milk was produced. Now, due to our retirement, we limit ourselves to raising cows and producing hay for organic hay milk. The cowshed can be visited by appointment during the winter months. Families welcome! A baby bed & high chair can be provided. Outdoor furniture can also be used. Also a swing and sandbox.
