Holiday rentals with a patio in Mission Bay, San Diego

Clean place! Note: if you’re going to accommodate 2 people, you should set up for 2 people. Plates, bowls, hand towels, wash cloths. Luis was quick to provide what we needed. Instructions on AC/Heater and TV remotes could be clearer.

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

We were a group of four and we really enjoyed our stay at Richard's place. It's very well equipped, so you feel right at home with everything you need to make your stay as accommodating as possible. Instructions were clear and precise, from the host's communications to the labels in the light switches that don't require any guesswork. Decoration is uplifting and perfectly suits the ambiance to make you feel both welcome and cozy. You can see the attention to details everywhere, from the available spices if you want to cook, the electric bottle opener, the board games and all the rest of the gear and even the foam protections in the kitchen's countertop corners. All of those things make for a comforting and easy stay at the place.

We loved this place. even though it was cloudy and windy, the porch was our favorite place to be! We watched Sea Lions, seagulls, pelicans and surfers during our morning coffee and dusk wine sunsets. Location was also great, within 15 to 20 minutes we were able to explore so much during the 3 days we were there. If you can only do a couple of things I suggest spending a couple of hours at the Cabrillo National Monument $20 valid for 7 days, you can hike, visit the monument, light house, tide pools, visitor center, The view is spectacular! Then head to Old Town and ride the 2 hours trolley - hop on and hop off or enjoy the full ride. Mexican food galore or stop by Little Italy for some yummy pizza! It was our first time in San Diego, but we will be back for sure, and hopefully Rick's place will be available! also a bonus, you get to use the garage!

Very easy check-in, and incredibly communicative hosts! Would recommend this property to anyone looking for their own little oasis with easy accessibility to all of San Diego.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

We are relatively new to using Airbnb properties and its refreshing to stay at a property that perfectly matched its listing description. The unit was sized just right for my wife and I, immaculately clean with everything in working order, was an easy walk down to the beach (10 minutes), freeway access was simple, and was very peaceful. John was the perfect host and responded immediately when we reached out to him. It was a very nice long weekend!

This place was perfect! In the heart of Little Italy and it’s a spacious one bedroom. Have it bookmarked and won’t be staying anywhere else whenever I’m in SD!

We stayed at Mohsen’s home to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and enjoy the weekend in SD. The home is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The home was very clean upon arrival and easy to access. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking adventuresome meals and plenty of coffee and tea for the mornings. We had food delivered a couple times and there was no issue finding the property. We had one minor issue with the bathrooms upon arrival that Mohsen was quick to respond to, but in the end resolved itself. The back yard and pool area was perfect for family relaxing although we did not use the bar-b-q or fireplace. The location makes for easy access to the park and ocean, ocean restaurants and downtown with short drives to each.

Alyssa was the perfect host. She was easy to communicate with and was flexible on check in and check out. She brought an iron right away when I asked if there was one in the apartment. Her place was clean and perfect with tons of towels and blankets available. The bed was also super comfortable. I highly recommend this space if you are looking to stay in OB.

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

Such a beautiful place, very well taken care of. Absolutely perfect for my family including my baby, two toddlers and two dogs. Adam was a great host and very responsive with recommendations. The perfect location for all of our needs. We loved it and will absolutely be saving this house for future stays!

Nice place, plenty of room for 2. We enjoyed biking around Mission Bay. There is some construction noise nextdoor on weekday mornings, but the host warned us well in advance and she was great to communicate with. Also, we were awake by 8 am anyways due to the time difference coming from the east coast, so it didn't bother us.

We really enjoyed our stay! The casita was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great yard for our dog. The home was close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the driveway parking and the fact that Alex was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. The airplane noise is noticeable so I’d recommend headphones/ear plugs to get to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Obviously, we stayed here for the ocean view and roof top terrace which did not disappoint. It is within walking distance to fun activities and places to eat. It is also close enough to some great restaurants within 2-3 miles (we used Lyft which averaged about $6-10 each way). The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was ample space for 3 adults and a teenager. There were plenty of things to do with a nice mix of peace (from the absolutely wonderful roof top terrace) and entertainment (groups on the boardwalk, Belmont Park, SeaWorld, and the Zoo). Any questions we had, Erin or Christina were quick to respond. We had an issue with hooking up the AC unit due to a piece missing that was apparently being cleaned. Within 1 hour Erin arrived with a new piece and hooked it right up for us. Amazing service! If we found ourselves in SD again, we'd definitely stay here and recommend for others!

Awesome stay. We spent most of our time at the beach and soccer tournament. Was nice to have a driveway parking space since street parking was limited. The backyard was great place to relax. Location was perfect driving distance to everything we had planned to do. Thanks for having us!

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

Our stay in San Diego was truly memorable, thanks in large part to this fantastic condo. Its central location made it easy to explore everything the city has to offer—SeaWorld, the zoo, museums, Liberty Station, and the beaches—all just a short drive away. One of the highlights for our two-year-old was watching planes take off and land nearby, which added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. The condo was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in it truly made us feel at home. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—thank you for a wonderful experience!

Carla was a very responsive host with great check-in and check-out instructions! There were a lot of restaurants and spots to check out around the area within walkable distance. Highly recommend!

location was perfect. peaceful. close to beach and shops. liked the layout of apartment. spacious not cluttered. easy to maintain.. appreciated having free netflix and amazon prime. .Lastly Cassandra, generous host. allowed extra time for checkout.

This is our second time staying at Niloofar’s Airbnb and it was, again, a fantastic experience. It is a great location within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby. The Airbnb is clean, matches the photos exactly, and was the perfect base camp for a family of four. Niloofar was also extremely responsive; after an initial mixup she immediately made sure we had a pack n’ play for our son. Everything about our stay was great; we can’t say enough about this location and host—we hope to be back soon!!

Great and beautiful place! So close to the beach! Had all the amenities except a kitchen sponge for dishes. The cleaning crew came a day before check out, which was a little uncomfortable.. but overall the location and place were great and the host was so nice and responsive!
