Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mission Bay, San Diego

We had a great weekend in San Diego staying here. The apartment is very clean, building is chic, and the bed was very comfortable. The area makes it central to walk / drive to lots of different neighborhoods in San Diego. The actual surrounding streets aren't very cute to walk on, but it is still a very convenient location and 20 minute walk to the Midway Museum / Broadway pier. The host was great and highly communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

Place was clean and you feel very safe here. Definitely one of my new favorite properties to stay at and Host answered all questions in a timely manner.

We had a great stay over the holidays. The condo was clean, within walking distance of great food options and steps from the beach. We also appreciated the water bottles in the fridge and basket of snacks since we arrived late the first day and hadn’t gone shopping. The beach toys and boogie boards were a definite positive and we loved the holiday decorations throughout NCV. The only recommendation I have is for a slightly better equipped kitchen for those who want to eat in (no toaster, coffee pot is old, few spice options, limited pots/pans/utensils, oven door sticks) but nothing that detracted from our overall enjoyment of the property.

Everything was great, so many amenities in the unit AND the facility. Our grandson REALLY loved the arcade (all free) on the first floor. We enjoyed the pools and spas. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. The BBQs were cleaned daily and spotless (like new) when used. We were in San Diego for baseball games at Petco which was right across the street! We will come again! Thank you Charles for making our annual family vacation 5 star!

This is my favorite place we have stayed in San Diego. Easy, direct beach access, comfortable apartment with all the beach gear and well stocked in the kitchen and pantry for everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

It’s honestly such a beautiful spot – right by the water with ocean views. The place was super clean, cozy, and just perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The host was really friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill, peaceful beach retreat. Would totally come back!

Great place, lots of room and so many extras! Everything you could even imagine needing for vacation. Heather and her husband were so kind and welcoming, and were available to us during our entire stay. The home offered plenty of space, and anything you may need to cook full meals, beach items, and laundry supplies. Will definitely return!

Convenient location and left a cute care package in case it got too noisy outside!

We drove down to San Diego from Palm Desert and with the car’s nav system we found it easily.Sergio’s entry instructions were perfect.A neighbor told us where to find the shopping cart to assist with the move in and told us how to get to Tourmaline Beach and the Surf Park. The building is great! 2 pools and a great spa. 3 gas grills and dining tables on the courtyard are a nice touch. Sergio’s unit is beautiful and comfortable for a couple. The bed is sooo comfortable. The building is pet friendly and there are quite a few dogs- all well behaved and leashed, but a couple like to bark out their windows but it not excessively. Sergio needs to add a Soundbar to the TV, a floor lamp to improve the ambient lighting and a tall dining table for two on the patio to enable Al fresco dining. We look forward to returning next year!

I was in town for a conference, and the location was perfect for walking to the convention center. Lots of shopping and dining nearby as well. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen with plates, utensils, etc. Also, it was very quiet despite being in a populated area. The staff were very helpful and informative.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sora Penthouse! The location was perfect—just a quick 10-minute Uber to downtown for a conference we were attending. The space was spotless, even better than the photos, with a sleek modern design that still felt warm and welcoming. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches: cozy robes, makeup washcloths, and a Nespresso machine stocked with pods. Initially concerned about being close to the airport, but the planes weren’t an issue at all—and it was actually fun watching them land! This penthouse is the perfect mix of style, comfort, and convenience. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Lisa's home was the perfect size for us, two adults and a child. It's conveniently located to grocery stores and Target, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Even with traffic, the zoo, La Jolla, and Del Mar Beach are only a 20 minute drive. The only drawback is that you can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors, but they did respect the complex quiet hours. Lisa's communication was great and everyone we encountered at the complex was pleasant. If you're looking for a laid back, family vacation, I recommend staying at Lisa's place.

I loved that everything was within minutes to get to. We rode our bikes downtown and it was awsome. Any issues we had we reached out and they responded within seconds to help us. The only issue was parking. However it seems like this is an issue everywhere. Look forward to going back.

This place is beautiful with an ocean view that we had a hard time leaving, you can hear the waves at night and the breeze come right through the window. We love the yummy restaurants and stores and the convenience of being right on the beach. Cy was very kind and great to work with. He was super responsive and helped us a couple times during the day. We had a bunch of planned, but we found ourselves eating lunch and dinner overlooking that beach and not wanting to go out it was so pretty. Would definitely want to come again!

Our stay at Matt and Trish’s home was so great! Our kids immediately were occupied with all the toys/books/bunks that were available, we had an easy breezy check in and check out, the house itself was lovely and offered more than enough comfy space for our family of 4 and we were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Matt and Trish were very kind and responsive hosts and it felt they truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We’d absolutely return the next time we visit the area.

We had a great stay at Christi and Charles's place. The house and outdoor area are very spacious, modern and relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need, and there are several great restaurants a short walk away. Everyone in our family remarked on how comfortable the beds were . Charles and Christi were superb hosts and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful home and neighborhood!

Our group enjoyed staying at this house! The bedroom and bathroom setup was perfect for managing our group of 10 (3 families consisting of 8 adults, 2 toddlers), and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in every day. There was also a lovely view of the Seaworld fireworks from the front upper deck. Both John and Charlie went above and beyond with their responsiveness and helping with any concerns that came up with the house, so we were very appreciative. Thanks again for having us over!

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The house was spacious, very clean, and had a great layout for both kids and adults. The backyard was a huge hit — we all loved playing ping pong and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, and we loved how close we were to all the beautiful beaches and everything in San Diego. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Jacquelyn's home was a great home base for our visit to family over an extended weekend! Thoughtfully and comfortably appointed with great amenities for adults but most notably our toddler, who loved the abundant selection of books and toys - little touches like the Hatch made us feel like it was our home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeways for reaching any parts of greater San Diego and San Diego county. Host had clear instructions, responsive communication and easy-to-follow labeling where needed. Would happily return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Christian's place. Our kids loved the bedrooms and the ping pong table. It was great to have a sauna and rower to get some relaxation and exercise in. The location was very central and easy to get on the freeway. The house was very clean and the finishes were all nice and modern. The neighborhood was quiet and we appreciated being able to come home and relax at the end of our busy days. Thanks Christian!

This home was 5 stars from the time we walked in! Everything was just as described. The beds were clean and comfortable. Every guest in our party said they slept well. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The game room was a hit. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Destiny and Sal were very quick to respond to all my questions and were very accommodating for our group's needs. This was probably the easiest rental we have ever had!
