Large Light Filled Quiet Artist built 2BR Apt

Large, light filled, quiet, private 2 bedroom apartment/guest suite with split bathroom (toilet and sink in one room, soaking tub/shower and sink in other), kitchenette, and ceilings up to 16'. We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

Dolores Heights is located high on a centrally located hill nestled between the Mission District, Noe Valley and the Castro and within walking distance of fine dining, shops, clubs, Dolores Park and ground transportation.
