Private suite in stylish, remodeled Victorian-style house in Bernal Heights (10 mins away by car from Downtown). Suite is private, separate from the rest of the home and with dedicated entrance. It consists of one bedroom, living room, and bathroom. No full kitchen. Quiet location on a one-way street, in a residential area with nice views of the city, away from traffic. Street parking is generally available in front or in close proximity to the house. Easy access to US 101 and 280 entrance.

This stylish studio is the perfect stay for leisure and work trips. In this 600 sqft full of goodness, you will find tons of natural light, a fully stocked kitchen, king bed, dedicated workspace, a dining area and virtually the best location to be in when visiting SF. We offer “your place on a hill” in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.

Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, brand new kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. Studio on Sunny Side of Bernal - Decklounge Views
