We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

And, it is a 5 min bike ride to downtown, and mins from the beautiful river trail that connects you to the University, trails, or our local ”Good Food Store”. Enjoy a beautiful private patio in the backyard. Bikes available! 1 bedroom with a queen bed + living room sofa bed + air mattress. We are kid friendly. Dogs allowed upon approval with a $75 pet fee.

We are serious about providing the cleanest, most comfortable and convenient lodging possible! We don’t expect you to do chores, that’s what the cleaning fee covers! We have recently upgraded out internet system. The University Guest House is a short four block walk to campus. Quiet, private and secure, new furnishings and easy access to the heart of Missoula.
