The corner windows offer one of the best perspectives in KC. All 8 guest rooms have private bedrooms & bathrooms. Heads up: our lobby bar is open most Wed–Sat, with quiet hours starting at 1 AM. Not ideal for light sleepers! There’s no TV, and our linens lean crisp over cushy, thanks to the commercial sanitizing service we use.

A Lovely room in a historical St. Louis home! The Blue Spruce Room is on the 2nd floor, and has a recently renovated and beautiful bathroom complete with a walk-in rain shower right next to it. The room has a desk, chair, lamp, table, Amazon Fire TV with basically every major streaming App, newly installed hardwood floors, and a Queen sized-bed. The room has two large windows for plenty of natural light with heavy blinds for sleeping in! Full use of the kitchen upstairs is available!

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.
