Cottage holiday rentals in Mitchell's Bay

Peaceful lodgings, beautiful location. You will travel a little to find restaurants/wineries but the location is secluded, quiet, and right on the lake. Only thing that would recommend is that we did have one night where we came back to cluster flies in the house. Make sure all doors/windows firmly closed when you leave. Other than that the stay was delightful

Was the best Airbnb we have ever done. The host thought of everything and the house was equipped with everything need for a perfect stay. Stephanie was very responsive to all our questions. Definitely coming again.

Just spend a very relaxing week at LIana’s lake front cottage. We all had a wonderful vacation. There is a beautiful deck and hot tub to enjoy the views of Lake Erie in the backyard. It also has its own little beach where you can go for a swim everyday to cool off. It is so quiet with the only sound being the breeze coming off the water. Check in was very smooth and LIana was such a wonderful host. Anytime I had a question before and during our stay she got back to me right away. It definitely felt like home away from home and I loved the fact that it was also dog friendly so I could bring my dog with us. My dog had a blast on the beach going swimming everyday. All in all a great experience that I would definitely recommend. Thanks again LIana for everything. We all enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave.

Beautiful spot- this was a fantastic location to celebrate my birthday! Amazing views, amazing addition with the hot tub/ sauna- felt like a mini retreat. Would book again!

Our stay at Azeem’s cottage was very enjoyable! The only challenge we endured was arriving to the hot tub being empty. Azeem responded quickly and exhausted every possible option to help. Overall we enjoyed every minute of our stay and would happily return!

We had a great time at the cozy cottage. Tracey was very responsive and friendly in her communications. And we really appreciated the access to Point Peelee national park.

Ryan and Dee's home is phenomenal. It was pristine, and looked even more beautiful in person than in the photos. I feel comfortable saying that the inside was the cleanest, most organized AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The view from the yard, magnificent. My husband and I stayed for a 4-day weekend, and we brought our doggie with is. It is a great neighborhood to go out on walks, or to sit by the lake and look at ducks and geese float by. Ryan and Dee were also incredibly communicative, responding to questions before the trip, and checking in during the trip. I cannot recommend this place enough! We had the perfect weekend at Belle River -- can't wait to go back!

It was a phenomenal stay, Dean was very helpful and clear with instructions and the place looked great. It’s a wonderful spot for a nice peaceful weekend, plenty to do outdoors in the surrounding areas as well.

by far the most beautiful Cottage, backyard onto the golf course. beautiful grass and trees, lots of shade, great place for kids to play, no water to worry about. home was beautifully furnished and pristine clean. lots of bedding and towels to choose. easy walk to the pool. we had such a great vacation.

Great place, house was like attending a 5 star spa. Beach and lake create amazing and relaxing views. Lots of local things to do outlined wonderfully in the welcome package. Games room provides lots of entertainment options.Everything you might need is provided allowing for a truly relaxing stay. Matt takes great care to his guests and is a responsive host. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! The property was spotless upon arrival and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. Traveling with an infant can be challenging, but the host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed — it made all the difference. The cottage is tucked away on a private lot, far from any main roads, offering a peaceful and relaxing escape from the city. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with all the comforts of home!

Just a nice quiet place to relax, close to the beach, a nice little restaurant a walk away, along with corner store. Very cozy. Will definately be booking again as long as Debbie will have us back. Thank you Debbie!

Exactly as the photos.. staff were friendly and accommodating.. everything was clean and new.. Nice neighbours and guests.. this is our 2nd time on this place and we will definitely come back as the place was quiet and private

This place was great! We really enjoyed being able to walk or ride scooters to the park, store, and restaurant. The little community was just great and the neighbors were all very friendly. Loved that it had tons of amenities! Ample kitchen supplies, extra fridge in the garage, cornhole, croquet, etc. Having the dock slip to park our boat was also a huge bonus. Would love to return here again and highly recommend. Caught my personal best Muskie and smallmouth on the trip as well, so good fishing can be found close by.

This is our 2nd time coming back to Sharon’s home. Four friends from the US up for duck hunting. House is very comfortable for 4/5 people with two bathrooms. We were able to cook up some great meals with the well appointed kitchen resources. Great living room to relax with plenty of sofas and chairs to kick back in. Walking distance to restaurants and a nice little general store to buy the necessities when you forget. Sharon was very responsive with questions about our stay and would highly recommend her place. Enjoy

Beautiful and lovely house right on the lake. Very clean, well stocked with hand towels, toilet paper, and the best coffee makers. We so enjoyed our relaxing mornings overlooking the lake and stargazing at night.

Wish we had more time to relax there but the time we had was so peaceful. Having a morning coffee, sitting out along the lake on the dock, Premium. My only issue was that train. I'm a light sleeper. I heard any that went by. Didn't seem to bother my wife.

Stayed the night after my nieces grad party over on the north channel. Really cute carriage house that was perfect to escape my family and get a good nights sleep. Beautiful view and lake access. Wish we could have had time to enjoy it more. Oh and there is a cute laminated news article about the history of Harsens Island in the bathroom that was fun to learn about!

Overall we enjoyed this place very much, the lake was very rough day of arrival but luck on our side lake was fairly calm and even like glass at times for the rest of our visit. We did experience the a/c not keeping it as cool as we would have liked but it was a very humid weekend. One of our group did trip on the upstairs bathroom steps in the middle of the night and got a big gash on her head, so beware of the 2 steps down into the bathroom, I did purchase 2 night lights and left them there for furture guests. Inside was very clean but the outside could have used a little TLC lots of spiders and cob webbs, but to be expected at the lake. Thanks Peggy we all loved the place and would recommend in a heart beat. Kudos Irene
