Max’s apartment is wonderful. It has great amenities and plenty of space, and it’s located near several really good restaurants, well stocked grocery stores, convenient public transportation stops, and multiple public parks. Max is also a great host. He always answered messages quickly and helped solve any issues that came up. Highly recommend!

Honestly, such a good place and such good hosts. It's literally on the outskirts of Berlin so it'll take quite a bit to get into Berlin proper (30 min - 1 hr). But if you want to be in the city, but still escape the chaos, loudness, etc., this is a great place! The hosts were so warm, inviting, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable in their home. Really feels like an apartment and surprisingly spacious.

Vi koste oss masse i studio leiligheten til Thekla! Den lå svært sentralt til, men likevel i en stille og rolig område. Veldig idyllisk med parken rett utenfor samt kort vei til kanalen rett i nærheten. Anbefales!

Danke für die tolle Zeit! Wohnung liegt super zur Bushaltestelle. Was ein wenig auffällig ist ist das nachts Licht an und ausgeht vor der Türe.

This was the perfect Airbnb for our extended weekend stay. The location was ideal - just a short walk to the nearest U-Bahn station and surrounded by lots of clubs and things to do. And as soon as you stepped into the neighborhood where the apartment was, it was quiet and idyllic - a complete contrast to the busy areas nearby. A great balance of convenience and relaxation!

Host was very kind, responsive, and really friendly. We even recived printed information what to visit and where to go. Accomodation is perfect, cozy, and really comfortable. Steaming sauna was a surprise, and was really enjoyable after long walks. Will return to this place, our full recomandation for this host and appartment.

Wir haben als Familie ein paar schöne Tage in Berlin verbracht. Die Wohnung ist einfach toll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten an der S-Bahn und in weiteren gut 20 Minuten am Brandenburger Tor. Genau das, was wir wollten. Werner ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar. Top! Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Ein schönes Haus mit Terrasse, die ruhige Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Die Betten sind wirklich bequem, die Küche hat eine solide Grundausstattung. Die Kommunikation lief immer reibungslos und es wurde schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Welch ein Glück für uns, dass Astrid und ihre Familie uns dieses Schmuckstück zur Verfügung stellen - sowas schönes ! Vielen Dank für diesen entschleunigenden Aufenthalt zwischen Vögeln, Eichhörnchen, Enten, Mama Schwan und Fröschen. Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und Astrid ist eine sehr zuverlässige Vermieterin 🫶🏻wir kommen wieder !

Tolles kleines Häuschen, mit perfekter Lage zur S-Bahn und damit ganz Berlin sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung von Susnne und René geschäftlich für einen Mitarbeiter gebucht. Mein Kollege hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön sauber und ordentlich und auch der Check-In klappte einwandfrei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mein Kollege konnte sich gut selbst verpflegen. Gern buche ich wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Richtig tolles Haus, man spürt sofort, dass es mit Herz und Seele saniert wurde. Durch zusammenlegen mehrere Räume ist ein heller großer Wohnbereich geschaffen worden, in dem man sich auch bei schlechten Wetter gut aufhalten kann. Wunderschöner Garten, sehr liebevoll und aufwändig gestaltet, mit ganz vielen verschiedenen Bereichen zum verweilen. Ideal auch für Kinder. Die Gastgeberin war auch immer erreichbar, sehr flexibel mit unserem Checkin und den sich ändernden Buchungtagen Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen hoffentlich auch mal wieder.

Prachtig groot en ruim appartement; heel ruim, luxe, open en gezellige ambiance en een uitnodigende sfeer. Veel licht en gezelligheid. Zeer luxieus ingericht; met ruimschoots alle utilities aanwezig in de keuken, badkamer. Alle beschikbare apparaten en keuken gereedschap, diner bestek en servies is hagel-nieuw en van top kwaliteit. Het appartement is makkelijk te vinden en in een hele rustige en mooie omgeving; midden in het centrum van Berlijn. Op loopafstand van AlexanderPlatz. De slaapgelegenheid / bedden zijn van uitstekende kwaliteteit. Wij waren echt heel erg onder de indruk van de ruime opzet, de luxe en de duidelijk zorgzame opzet van de eigenaren van dit prachtige appartement. Het is zeker een RBnB waar ik onmiddelijk terug naar wil gaan, als ik in Berlijn moet zijn.

Tämä asunto oli luksustasoa. Täydellinen keittiövarustus, upea sisustus, rauhallinen naapurusto, lähellä metroa, kiva kahvila vieressä, kauppa lähellä, tilaa runsaasti, sängyissä oli hyvä nukkua, ne oli mukavat. Lisäksi Jan oli erittäin ystävällinen. Hän opasti meille kaiken ja kertoi myös hieman rakennuksen historiasta ja näytti miten kaikki upeat ja modernit laitteet toimivat. En ole koskaan ollut näin hyvässä majoituksessa. Kiitos Jan, todella viihdyimme ja kiitos kaikesta😊

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our Berlin vacation. I must say, the apartment felt like home. I’m already looking forward to coming back again in the future. Wir sind mit Baby gereist und für das war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet :-) (Fahrstuhl, Waschmaschine, Spielsachen, ein grosses Wohnzimmer, Babybett, Hochstuhl…) Tarik hat uns sogar noch ein paar Früchte und Brei bereitgestellt, da an unserem Anreisetag die Läden geschlossen waren. Die Wohnung ist super schön gelegen, in Gehdistanz zu vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Parks. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. The apartment itself was very nice and cosy (perfect for two people), with the u-bahn right next door. We really liked the neighbourhood. Overall, this apartment exceeded all our expectations and we highly recommend it!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
