This stylish apartment on the second floor of a charming townhouse combines modern design, abundant natural light, and an exceptional central location. Within just a few steps, you can reach the pedestrian zone and St. Gallen’s most famous attractions, including the Abbey Library, the Cathedral, as well as numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops. Despite its central location, the apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere and is the perfect retreat after a day in the city. A special highlight is the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast, unwind in the evening, or simply soak up the atmosphere in the heart of the city. The apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom with two comfortable queen-size beds, accommodating up to four guests. The accommodation is on Appenzellerstrasse, from Gais to Appenzell. The house is bright and offers plenty of space for 3-4 people on the ground floor and first floor. It is a patrician house; the ceilings are higher (2.20 m) than typical Appenzell houses. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby cots are available. Dogs are welcome. Please register. Hiking trails start as soon as you cross the street. Important: There is also a separate listing on Airbnb for renting the entire part of the house (8 people).

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Access to the property is via a forest road – in winter, a 4x4 vehicle or a 10-minute walk is required.

The small loft is on the ground floor of a stately house. It is modern and comfortably furnished: elegant bathroom in black and brass, white lime plaster walls, heated design concrete floor, many windows, direct access to the garden. The light-flooded room, the tranquility and the garden invite you to relax. The views of hills and Alps make you want to hike & bike. The train station and village square with restaurants and a shop are just a few steps (4 min.) away.

Vacation home Sennastübli

The breathtaking view over the Alpstein, hills and the countryside also invites you to hike, exercise and walk. Also for winter sports holidays with snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or sledding. With us you can escape everyday life and get a taste of country life. You are also welcome to get an insight into our farm, not far from the vacation home. Fresh milk directly from the cow and eggs from our chickens can be purchased from us.

Bungalow with a dream view LOMA BUENA VISTA

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Cozy garden house in the countryside Ideal for solo travelers or couples. It has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a pull-out bed and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, which is accessible from the outside. Quiet location, non-smoking accommodation, uncomplicated and equipped with everything you need. Towels included. Wi-Fi available but only weak. 5-minute walk to the train station.
