Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. In the living room there is also a sofa bed available. The small town of Friedberg is romantically located on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or even the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. This is an older cottage with simple furniture, so please do not expect modern luxury and perfection, but idyll and charm!

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
