Es war super schön hier! Mit schönen Wander- und Radlrouten direkt vor der Haustür und der sehr ruhigen Lage war die Unterkunft genau das richtige für uns! Auch die Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichleiten im Ort waren super und gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr gemütlich!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen plus Hund in dem Apartment. Es hat uns rundum gut gefallen und die Wohnung und die gegen sind beeindruckend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und Küche extrem gut ausgestattet. Für den Hund gab es sogar Näpfe. Auch die Kommunikation mit Cord war super, haben einige Tipps bekommen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Berge am "schönsten Ende der Welt". Hier ist Erholung garantiert. Die Gastgeber Conni und Christian sind herzensgute Menschen, bei denen man sich sofort heimelig fühlt und die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Man merkt einfach, dass sie mit Hingabe dabei sind. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir würden das Basecamp definitiv weiterempfehlen und sehr gerne wiederkommen.

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage – perfekt zum Entspannen! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns: ✅ Die schöne Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge – ideal mit Hund ✅ Alles war super sauber und gepflegt ✅ Das moderne Badezimmer mit einer richtig guten Dusche ✅ Praktisch: Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer – so konnten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten die perfekte Ausgangslage für unser Ski Wochenende. Auch die Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

I had the pleasure of staying at Stefanie’s apartment in Austria, and I can honestly say it was the best experience ever. L' appartamento è molto spazioso e accogliente (ho adorato fare colazione nella veranda della sala col tavolo e le finestre sul giardino). Il giardino è veramente meraviglioso e curatissimo: con tanti giochi, fiori, alberi da frutta, le casette degli uccellini, i pesciolini nella fontana e la panchina sotto alla pergola dell'uva. Il proprietario è molto amichevole. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa vacanza di 1 settimana con il nostro bimbo di 7 anni.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, schönes Bauernhof-Flair, es gab sogar frische Milch. Die Lage und der Blick sind traumhaft.

Fantastic! Beautiful apartment in beautiful surroundings. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable (particularly bed and sofa!), equipped with everything you need, overall fantastic stay. The village is quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. Our dog was also welcome, with dog bowls provided and the ability to make the grounds enclosed with a gate which we really appreciated. Hikes fantastic from the doorstep, and only 8 minutes drive into Zell-Am-See. However, what made the experience even better was Katharina and her parents (who live next door). They were so welcoming and friendly, giving us strawberries from their garden, lots of local recommendations and just being the most hospitable hosts. We really can’t thank them enough for being so kind! Thank you again. We will definitely be back! P.S a few other reviews mentioned the wifi, which must have been upgraded as it was super-fast. I had to work during our trip, and it was fast enough for perfect video calls etc.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein absoluter Traum für alle die etwas ruhiges und entspanntes für ihren Urlaub suchen! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, sehr nah an Zell und auch Salzburg ist schnell zu erreichen. Ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen!

Had a lovely time at Apartments Shema. The place was clean and felt very welcoming even better than the photos. The check-in process was easy, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Christina’s house exceeded our expectations of the view, it is more beautiful in real life than even the pictures. Her farm animals are beautiful and very friendly. We had fun playing with the cows and horses. Christina was a very great host, she was always available whenever we needed her. She welcomed us with her homemade apple juice from her trees, which was very special and the best one we had till date. She made us try her homemade schnapps which was also amazing. I will recommend Christina’s stay 100% if you want to visit the Nationalpark in this area and various hikes in Austria.

The stay experience was amazing. The host were friendly and very very helpful. If we had no further plans, we would have loved to extended our stay. The house was clean, proper with all required utilities with hot water, utensils, toileteries all upto the mark. Most comfortable stay. Along with the house, the view was just prestine. Would like to come back..! #Loved it!!!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Não temos palavras para descrever o quanto amamos nos hospedar no apartamento de Hannes e Claudia. Desde o primeiro contato aqui, sempre solícitos, simpáticos e atenciosos. Ao chegarmos Hannes nos recebeu e além de apresentar o apartamento, nos deu dicas do que fazer na região, apresentou onde ficava supermercado, padaria e passeios (tudo muito perto). Estamos impressionados positivamente com a limpeza do local e além disse do modo como Hannes e Claudia pensaram em absolutamente tudo (tinha talheres, panelas, banheira quente…) um local super completo. Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes e indicaremos para nossos amigos e familiares. Obrigada pela excelente estadia. Fizeram da nossa viagem ainda mais incrível!

Wunderschönes modernes Appartment, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Aussicht auf dem Attersee war für mich entscheidend bei der Buchung!

Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr schönes Airbnb, großer Innen- sowie Außenbereich.

Top Unterkunft, genau so wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Sauna, Pool und Whirlpool können jederzeit genutzt werden. Auch die Kommunikation war problemlos und immer hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende im Sky Appartement. Der Check-In war super einfach und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Karte, Süßigkeiten und einer Flasche Sekt überrascht. Das Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (insgesamt zu sechst, inklusive meiner Eltern) in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft und es war einfach rundum großartig! Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet: Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden,von einer sehr guten Kaffeemaschine bis hin zu einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und lädt schon morgens zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Spa-Bereich: Die Sauna war ein echtes Highlight modern, sauber.Großartig auch, dass sie bis 21 oder sogar 22 Uhr geöffnet war perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Ein kleiner Ruheraum nach der Sauna wäre vielleicht noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen, aber ehrlich gesagt Wir haben ihn nicht wirklich vermisst. Die Umgebung bietet hervorragende Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, ideal für Naturfreunde und Familien, die gerne aktiv sind. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.
