A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. It is 50 km to Gothenburg, 40 km to Borås, 10 km to 18-hole golf course. 5 km to the beautiful wooden town Alingsås. Bedroom for 2 people in bed and 2 people in sofa bed. No smoking. Dogs are allowed. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator.
