The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stays go smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

Amazing apartment for the price. 3 full bedrooms with 2 baths. Huge living room and kitchen. Great for big companies and families. The only thing, for the apartment of this size, I think it’s preferable to have more than one set of keys. Has all the amenities and heating worked perfectly. The host responded very quickly.

Elisa's accommodation was as described. A cozy little apartment with everything you need for a stay. On foot you were in about 20 minutes in the center of Bologna, there was also a bus connection almost directly in front of the house. The area was nice and quiet. Elisa responded quickly and gave recommendations for Bologna. All in all, a great stay!

We had a great time in this apartment! The hosts were very kind and always available for any need, making the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is right under their home, but we had all the privacy we needed. The interior is an open space, but very spacious, well-kept and welcoming: you can immediately breathe a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a few days of tranquility. The only small aspect to consider is that the bathroom is not located inside the apartment, but in an adjacent common area. However, it is still reserved for guests and is easily accessible. Overall, an excellent solution that we recommend to those looking for a quiet, clean place with really caring hosts!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very nice, perfectly maintained, right in the historic center. We really enjoyed Modena, breakfast at Café Molinari, right next door, restaurants in the area, Les Halles covered. We stayed 2 days, we could have planned an extra day to really enjoy, the summer heat slowed us down☺️.

Had a really great stay! Place was spotless, nice place to come to after a long travel day. A little bit of a drive to the city square, but there is a bus that is easy to grab. Would stay again!

Room was spacious, comfortable, with extra linens and king bed. En-suite bathroom, plenty of hot water. Large breakfast, farm fresh, served by host. Great coffee, pastries and farm products. Loved staying in a room in Giulia’s home, It felt nice and like home. Loved all the details in her house, it was clean and Giulia was always helpful if I had any questions. I would definetely come again

Our stay at Ilaria's apartment was really nice – there was everything you need, from a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and a nice breakfast in the morning. We had a good time and we were super thankful for the easy and friendly communication and for Ilaris' help and support with getting a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.

Stefano is everything you want in an Airbnb host. He greeted us as we drove up and showed us around. He offered a well priced breakfast of homemade jams and bread and fresh fruit. One day while sitting in the common area he brought out homemade syrup that we mixed with water for a delicious treat. The place itself is wonderful to relax. Comfy bed and a private balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast every morning was on the patio with another exceptional view. After only two days we were feeling incredibly refreshed.

Nicolas was a wonderful host! He definitely adds to the experience with his hospitality. It was a true bnb experience. The pool is perfect to refresh after spending the day in Modena or Bologna. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Highly recommended!
