Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Modena

We spent Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is dirt, but easy to walk and is well worth the peace of mind. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the covered patio with curtains that shelter from the sun and wind, perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is close if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature!

The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes from the main station, and about 15 minutes on foot from the city center. Very pleasant space, clean, well-equipped, quiet neighborhood at night. Great host. Warm recommendation.

Very cool place near the Enzo Ferrari museum. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I visit there again. A bonus, the cafe right below the apartment is a great place for breakfast and cappuccino.

Situated in a neighborhood outside the central city, the apartment is located on one bus line with 3 others in very close proximity, all of which get you to the city center in :20 on a very frequent schedule. There is a ‘green grocer’ right next door, plus some neighborhood restaurants and easy access to a very good grocery. Maury, the host, was absolutely wonderful. Her response times were phenomenal, always with kindness and care. The apartment itself is as pictured, very comfortable and clean. We stayed one month and it was more than adequate for two. Three or four people would work also of she offers that option. There is natural light, however the windows do have a frosted covering for privacy, but they are large and have the wonderful two stage opening of European windows so fresh air is plentiful too. Overall, a wonderful, comfortable stay.

I was satisfied with Giuseppe's house. Excellent cleanliness, easy to get to and in a strategic position to get to the center ( even on foot). Giuseppe's availability is excellent.

House on two floors just renovated, everything brand new, very clean and in order. In a quiet and peaceful area. Parking space inside the very useful courtyard. Denis is a nice host, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

Great apartment for spending a few nights in Bologna. It is only a short walk to the center and the main sights. Comfortable bed as well.

Lovely downstairs room in their home . Cool wine cellar downstairs but very basic cooking - just microwave and no sink in the wine cellar .

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

My friend and I stayed one night to attend a festival in Campovolo, but even though we stayed just under two days, the welcome was fantastic, friendly and we really felt like we were at home. The answers to the number they gave us were immediate and Moreno and Francesca are two great people. Surely if next year we will reappear the opportunity we will already know where to stay, thank you so much for making this experience even more perfect🫶🏼

I've been to Luca's six times, now it's a safety in my stays in Bologna. Very clean, well equipped house with convenient parking with garage inside the building. Very quiet and with a nice outdoor terrace for summer dinners. Highly recommended for business trips or pleasure. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability

Everything was perfect. A good and warm welcome. Elia speaks English. Everything you need and the apartment is very peaceful/quietly furnished. Close to a supermarket.

Whenever I want to go back to Emilia for a few days, I immediately check the availability of Roberto's apartment. It's always clean, tidy, and you feel right at home in a quiet area of Bondeno, but at the same time very close to the square.

I had wonderful stay during my visit at Bologna. Lisa and Max are super helpful. I felt so touch when they offer their car since lot's of rain during our visit at Bologna. they are definetly super host. the apartment are much more beautiful than the pictures itself. the apartment is wonderfully cleaned, everything you need is there. Highlyrrecommended!

This accommodation is highly recommended! The host was very kind, explained everything and was very helpful. Very nice house and has everything. The location is highly recommended! Don't be fooled by the fact that the accommodation is slightly out of the center, because in reality in 20 minutes on foot you can easily reach the center and then there are many buses

Tamara’s place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean and even smelled really nice, but not overpowering. The apartment is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. The location was ideal. A couple of minutes to the bus stop to get into the historic district. Tamara was lovely and easy to communicate with. Free parking was a major plus. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped; she even had nice touches if you forgot shaving cream etc. There were a few doors to get into the building but Tamara walked us through and it was not an issue.
