Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

Salve sono Barbara e vi accoglierò nella mia altana nel cuore del centro storico di Modena, luminosa mansarda appena ristrutturata, al quarto piano (con ascensore) con vista scenografica sui tetti e sulla meravigliosa Ghirlandina, vicino alle piazze e ai monumenti UNESCO alle osterie e ai più rinomati ristoranti (Osteria Francescana). Scendendo troverete le vie dello shopping, boutique alimentari, osterie, vivendo appieno la modenesità. Ristrutturata finemente con ogni comfort. Vi aspetto

L'appartamento si trova al piano primo di un prestigioso condominio di Modena, a due passi dal centro storico, 5 minuti a piedi al teatro Storchi. L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.

Modena is one of the jewel cities of Emilia-Romagna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the monumental ensemble of the Great Square, the Ghirlandina Tower and the Cathedral, which can be seen from the large windows of our magnificent apartment.

Exclusive suite in an old mill

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
