House holiday rentals in Modrušani

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

We had a wonderful time. Everything is tip-top and as described in the ad. We will be happy to come back. :)

We were very satisfied with the place. Everything you need is there, supermarket / pharmacy etc. are minutes by car. The house was very clean, we felt very comfortable.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

The house and the complex are great! Everything you need is there (especially for babies and toddlers) and it was the cleanest accommodation we've had so far! The landlords were so super friendly and accommodating; the location is wonderfully rural and yet you can reach shops and restaurants in 5 minutes by car! We didn't miss anything and the kids were happy too! All around a place to feel good! We really want to come back again!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

We enjoyed our stay at Mariza's cabin in Labin. She was welcoming and always available for questions and tips. Felt right at home. She even greeted us with an umbrella for us to use since it was raining outside

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

We had a wonderful stay in the small Casa of Ingrid and Daniele. Both are always very friendly and open to questions. We enjoyed the location, really a small private place with wonderful views, pleasant loungers on the property, and the bay for swimming in front of the door. There are also many opportunities for short hikes around the bays, on the Premantura (by car), good restaurants and a beach bar, which are also within walking distance, and Pula for sightseeing just a few kilometers away. A great place for us to relax!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Luxuriously decorated house, even more beautiful in person than in the photos and we immediately felt like we were at home! Antonia welcomed us the most sincerely, after the trip we could snack on cheese and prosciutto right away, have a glass of wine, and the kids were greeted with ice cream! We are speechless as much as Antonia and her family cared about guests, she cared about every detail to make our vacation perfect. I would particularly emphasize cleanliness-at the peak, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped! The kids enjoyed the pool, lufts, balls, football, trampoline, Playstation 5, board games, badminton - a dream vacation with lots to do. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the house, the wonderful walks, visited Rovinj - more than once, Bale, Motovun - everything is close to be able to make a nice excursion. We are delighted with the Grimani pizzeria, which is 5 minutes away, in the center of the place-best pizza, especially Nutella pizza! Mime's is great too. Once again a special thanks to the lovely Antonia - see you again! Perfect house for a family with kids!

The house is exactly as the photos and as described. We stayed at the house with two younger kids for one week, who loved the surroundings. It is 3km from Zminj, where you have a large supermarket. Other places worth visiting (Rovinj, Vsrar, Pula,...) are max. 30min - 1h drive away. Ana is very friendly, provides clear instructions and recommendations. We would recommend this house!

We really enjoyed the time and place. The kids had space to play and be easy. The house is located in a village where it is not flooded with tourism. The surrounding area is authentic and really beautiful. The house is nicely decorated, wonderful and lavishly renovated. The ground floor on the ground floor is made of stone, so it was quite cool, certainly great in the summer and we had slippers with us for this time of year. The electricity in the village went out once, Neven was there immediately on the holiday and took care of the public network repair within a few hours. Communication was easy, friendly, open, and warm. We felt really comfortable and were able to enjoy it very much and happily extended our meals under the fig tree 🙂

We felt comfortable with 3 people and a small dog in the stone house. The garden is completely fenced and it was perfect for our Jax. The house is very quiet, located a little outside - but you can be in Rovinj, for example, in 20 minutes. On the way to Rovinj, there are plenty of great restaurants if you don't want to cook yourself. The landlords were personally on site for check-in and were both very nice.

The accommodation was very nice, it was exactly as in the pictures, the equipment also fit perfectly and it lacked nothing. We were able to communicate very well with the host and we were always answered quickly. The pool was even better than expected, it looks beautiful and the fact that it could also be heated suited everyone. We had a very nice vacation and would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Absolute Gem of a place and ideal with children as lots of space to run around and of course the amazing pool. The owners could not do enough to help us.

Small, fine house that is located in a small village, but is still totally quiet. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. It was just right for us 😊
