The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Carl-Kaiser-Loft II - Solingen, near Ddorf, Cologne

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Enjoy simple living in this peaceful and centrally-located accommodation.

Close to buses and train station (approx. 5-minute walk), the city center invites you to stroll (10 - 15-minute walk), Schlosspark as well. Groceries approx. 10 minutes' walk. Good connection to the trade fair in Düsseldorf (bus, train, highway easily accessible.) Small table for working.

High-quality renovated dream villa, the "forest house." Built in 1875. Here, history meets modern luxury. Relax, work and enjoy in a stylish ambience. A short distance to the airport and Messe Düsseldorf. Dear guests, Welcome to Tina and Guido's in Moers. Our apartment in the countryside is the perfect starting point for both private and business activities due to its quiet yet central location. The apartment is located directly on Lauersforter Wald and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Elfrath. Shops and the A57 highway are a few minutes' drive away. Düsseldorf Airport is 20 minutes away.
