Luxury apartment with private balcony and beautiful view, a few steps from Piazza San Marco. One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. In Venice, elevators are rare: there are around 50 steps, but not too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage.

The apartment consists of an entrance, dining area with kitchenette. A fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine and microwave induction plate are available. The bathroom has a large shower and a heated towel rack. The bedroom is very large and equipped with a TV, double bed and a single bed. Breakfast is available. The front door opens onto the large garden with the possibility of relaxing outside. Parking is always available on the property.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay.
