Absolutely amazing place and experience. Everything about the place was great and the communication and service was the best. We received 5 inches of snow on our last night and they even had the driveway all plowed for us first thing in the morning. That was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!!

We went for a quick weekend getaway with our two dogs and absolutely loved William and Liz’s home, we didn’t want to leave!! I loved the privacy, how peaceful it was, and of course the views! Our dogs enjoyed all the free space to run as well. We unfortunately had a lot of rain when we stayed, causing our tour of howes cavern to be canceled due to flash flooding. We were rescheduled which affected our check out time, but they were so sweet and offered us to check out whenever we liked and even offered us an extra night to stay! (We wish we could have). It was a wonderful weekend getaway and we all can’t wait to go back! :)

Amo's house was beautiful, comfortable and easy to be in. He was very responsive to any questions and extremely accommodating. The grounds are ample for the children to enjoy in many ways. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our large family and everyone was happy. We hope to return next year.

What a truly lovely sanctuary. We spent five wonderful nights in this cabin. The lake was beautiful, and everything was so quiet. Kitchen has everything you need plus! The decor was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful vacation, even though it rained almost every day, we didn't care just relaxing in this cabin, reading books and playing games, was well worth it. Thank you so much for this beautiful location. On a side note, we had a campfire one night and the Loons were serenading us. I taped them and have listened to it many times since returning.

Raymond was very thorough with instructions. Love the flowing creek and array of places to comfortably sit outdoors. Brought us wine to enjoy. Kitchen full of amenities. Living room was cozy as well as the beds. 2 bathrooms were nice and clean. Drivable locations.

This is an incredible home. We had a really special weekend here. The house itself is beautiful - it’s decorated so well, and it’s really spacious, so comfortable for a big group. The outdoor space is lovely too - there’s ample space to relax outside and take in the gorgeous scenery :) can’t recommend enough!

10/10 from top to bottom. Outstanding communication, impeccable hospitality with thoughtful touches from robes for the hot tub to ciders and eggs in the fridge. Clear house instructions and a view that can’t be beat. We were seriously impressed and will be returning every time we’re back in Syracuse! Thank you both so much!

Our stay at Luxe Logs was fantastic. To start, Todd shared a very comprehensive welcome guide in advance that was easy to follow and very helpful in getting acquainted with the property. Todd even proactively provided us early check-in without our asking. The property itself was wonderful and perfectly located for Adirondack activities. You really felt like you were deep in the woods, but still just a 5 minute drive to Gore for skiing and less than 10 minutes to town and restaurants. The cabin was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was the perfect balance of quaint/rustic and modern/luxury. After a long day of skiing, the sitting area was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed with appliances, cookware, and probably the most spices I've seen at an AirBnB. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and we honestly couldn't think of any complaints. Would 100% stay again.

My husband, friends, and I are truly enamored with Jacob's place. The house is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and inviting. We always have a wonderful time there. This was our third visit, and we can easily envision many more to come in the future.

This is our 3rd stay with Anne&Frank and we are booked again in October. That in itself says a lot. Their place is always pristine and they are very responsive should the need arise. The surroundings are great for just relaxing and enjoying life and venturing out in the surrounding small towns. It is our favorite place to stay in that area and we highly recommend it.

We just left and I’m ready to book again! This cabin was extremely secluded and peaceful. Host was helpful and friendly. The pictures and description matched exactly what you get, except that it’s even more beautiful in person. Truly a hidden treasure and will now be my go-to spot to stay in NY. I was super sad to have to leave, but I’ll definitely be back!

Dave's property was the perfect choice for our overnight trip to Cooperstown with another couple. Located on a quiet country road, it's only a couple of miles to the Hall of Fame in one direction and Ommegang Brewery in the other. The house was spotless and very comfortable, and has been totally updated with everything one needs. Highly recommend!

Lin’s cabin was the perfect home away from home. We booked last-minute during the off-season, but Lin was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even giving us a heads-up about the yard after a week of heavy spring rain (which still looked beautiful when we arrived!) We loved the outdoor firepit surrounded by string lights –– the perfect spot to relax with our dog and a beverage while watching the finches and hummingbirds visit the many feeders throughout the property. Inside, the cabin was just as welcoming, with charming decor, cozy fireplace, board games, dvds, and a well-stocked kitchen (including milk, eggs, bread, wine, and local beer!). The location was very convenient with hiking trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores all within a 10-minute drive. While there was no cell service at the cabin (highly recommend downloading offline maps prior to arrival) the WiFi was fast and reliable. Overall, we had a five-star stay and can’t wait to return. We absolutely loved our stay! Not only was the Mountain View suite a beautiful and unique space, the interactive experience with the animals--peacocks, hens, goats, horse, donkey, pig, dog, even the koi fish and the turtle living in the pool turned into an aquatic habitat--made this a truly magical, unforgettable time! We had an incredible stay at the lodge in the Adirondacks hosted by Larry. From the moment we booked, Larry was communicative and accommodating. The lodge itself was perfect for our group of friends, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning trails right from the property, ideal for snowshoeing in the winter. We also loved exploring the nearby cross-country skiing spot and returning to the lodge to cozy up by the fire and play board games. It was the perfect winter retreat! We had dinner one night at the Tavern next door, and it exceeded our expectations with delicious food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Larry provided us with a fantastic experience, blending hospitality with a beautiful setting. Would recommend!

This is our fifth year coming to the farm. Larissa is absolutely masterful with kids of all ages (even tough kids). My daughter races out at 9 am to do farm chores and begs for more (and this is a kid who drags her feet doing chores at home)!! We love the rhythm of farm and find it really easy to disconnect and unwind. After chores in the morning, you're welcome to spend as much time as you want with the animals, which is a real treat. Whether it's feeding the horses hay, sharing food scraps with the goats, or watching the chickens do their evening routine, there's so much to enjoy. The local towns are lovely, but if you like the farm experience, you may never leave the property. Larissa is incredibly knowledgeable and generous in sharing her experience and expertise. She has created an absolutely magical environment, and I would highly recommend visiting!!

We loved our stay! The house was cozy and homey with lots of charm. Plenty of beds and room for everyone. We came for a ski trip and enjoyed the short trip to Gore Mt. We got hit with a snow storm and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while the snow fell over the mountains and the views were incredible. One of our cars got stuck in the snow coming up the driveway and his snow plow guys helped tow us out. Kevin was responsive and accommodating. A great stay!

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Andrew & Tracy were fantastic hosts and the home was nice and spacious. A quick drive brought us to downtown Saratoga and the racetracks! We hope to stay again soon.

Our second stay here and the place was just as great as the first time.

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

With both our kids meeting up with us, the kitchen worked like a charm as they were very excited for a home cooked meal. Also, the description on the website matched very well, and it was clear how much the nightly rate would be beyond the two of us. We would certainly stay again.

Great hosts that make you feel right at home. We were greeted with some extra special touches that we were not expecting during our stay, that was very thoughtful. The space is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We would definitely come back

We were staying at this rental because our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week. We received quite a few notifications leading up, and even including an earlier check-in time. Everything that we needed was available to us, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely rent from them again if we end up coming up here again for one of our other sons. And the added pens, when we arrived where I hit with my younger boys. Thank you so much!
