Mettlenhof, also known as Mettlen Farm, is a restored farmhouse in Mettlen, Schopfheim, Baden-Württemberg. Built with traditional craftsmanship and natural materials, it provides a bright, welcoming space for up to 10 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of rolling hills, Icelandic horses, and Scottish Blackface sheep. Dear guests, you will find a semi-detached house of 150 square meters located on a quiet street in Möhlin. Basel is a 20-minute train ride away, and the motorway is about 6 minutes away. Ground floor with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a TV, a guest toilet, and a seating area. First floor with two bedrooms (double beds) and a daylight bathroom with a shower. Second floor with a large bedroom (double bed), a work area, and a daylight bathroom.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away.
